I am absolutely amazed and had no idea what I have been missing, WOW. I know that Home hardware has been around for quite a long time, as far back as I can remember at least. I haven't been inside of one for quite a long time and had started just going to Home Depot for everything and stuck by it for a long time until I was invited to this particular Home Hardware with a friend who wanted help picking some things for an upcoming little job, and he uses this store. I didn't expect to get everything I needed as well but did and more.I assumed Home hardware was a great store but for the quick needs in a small place on a corner somewhere for convenience in different communities. The size of the store and the stock were so outstanding, suited my every need where I didn't have to go out and buy a whole brand-new stuff just to get the parts or just to replace at all. Reasonable prices, and what stood out for me the most, was the service and the help I received.. I didn't have to walk around for 15 minutes trying to find help as has been a big pet peeve that grew only as a pet peeve by not coming here first. I've killed two headaches with one fix, truly impressed.It's not far from home and I expect to keep coming backThank you

Home Hardware. A Canadian owned company. And we can be proud of it.I heard they did more in gross sales in 2020, than Canadian Tire.Obviously they are doing lots of things right.This particular store, is a satellite store to another I have done business with. Yesterday, I was in to buy something, they don't stock. I was told I'm the second customer asking for such items. I also was assured, if enough customers ask. They most likely will stock them in the future.Considering the other suppliers of such items are across town, near the airport, or Wilton Grove Rd or Decker Drive. This would be the only place to buy angle irons for brick lintles and other structural uses in the west end of London.If you need something and don't see it. Ask. Home Hardware, actually does want to serve their customers.It must be the Canadian" thing.."

I've never had such a bad customer service experience ever. The representative at the customer service desk around 1pm ish today treated me like a criminal. In a rush, I had bought the wrong product at another location. I asked if I could return it here. He gave me a rude look, but it seemed possible the way he was helping; however, immediately he said it looks like a sale item, which it wasn't (I don't know why an item on sale would matter either...). Then he had trouble scanning it, so I think he assumed I swapped the barcode? which is stuck on to the product. Could have told me he can't process it, and I'll take it back to the same location in the east end. He chose treat me in an awful manner. I don't hate this place, hence the 2 stars. It's just one person who can ruin your experience. I've been here several times, but this was the most unpleasant. When I bought the correct item, the lady at cashier was extremely pleasant.Update: their team reached out to me, and I took the chance to speak with them. After all, I haven't had trouble until now. While walking through the store, the staff greeted me and offered assistance right off the bat as usual. It was a blessing to meet Steve. His service and team are exceptional, something you don't often see nowadays.Thank you.

Medium sized store with very helpful staff. Good selection of basic household items as well as hardware and some lumber. Sheet goods are not best quality but are offered in some useful precut sizes for hobby and DIY jobs. Covers the basics and a bit more very well. Great service!

Great place to get so etching quick without going into London. Nice store with good staff. Has a small town feeling in a modern store

Staff very friendly. However they could not find an item that their website said they had 16 in stock. Need to work on inventory organization.
