I visited the Findlay creek RBC branch today. I had some questions regarding my cash bank credit card, immediately I was helped by Sandy. She answered all of my many questions. She also helped me update my savings account, and advised me on how I could upgrade credit cards. Sandy is very professional and helpful. I am very happy that I bank with RBC, and I will definitely be returning to this location again.

Great experience today! We were shopping in Ottawa and my teenager forgot his PIN. The employees were so kind and efficient, everything was fixed in less than 10 minutes. I didn't get the man's name, but he even updated my son's account type to the one geared for students ages 13+, which we weren't aware of until he proactively mentioned it. 5 stars, thanks so much!

Absolutely horrible service. The staff are uninformed and would rather lie to you than tell you they were mistaken. I had the displeasure of dealing with Mario. If you are slatted to speak with him, just go to another location and save yourself the trouble and headache.

Had to drive here from Metcalfe since they closed our branch today. The person at the counter made a mistake with one of my transactions and had to make a correction after I questioned it on the receipt. The service was definitely not as careful as that provided in Metcalfe. I will definitely not use that person again if I return to this branch.

Went in for an appointment about a line of credit. I left with no line of credit, because they told me you cannot have a line of credit, and a credit card at the same time. In what world does that make sense. The person was flat out lying to my face. Ended up going to another RBC and they were able to help me. Never going to this RBC again
