They only care for their employer my first placement lasted 5 days when it should have been 3 months. I felt i was being discriminated because the color of my skin. I was the only young black guy out of all the workers the supervisor Wouldn't even look me in the eye to give me a task i was always the last one he would pick, that felt pretty weird overall it was hard work but i have worked construction and many other general labour jobs its not rocket science to trim fairways and grass. The reason i also play the race card is because u got old white people who are really rich paying over a 100 k a year to play golf. My second placement was alright it was a packaging job i loved the atmosphere their and Didn't mind being over worked. One of the employes said we did way over the quota. That job let me go because they Didn't know where i was on my 30 minute break i Didn't leave the facility i was just outside where all the other employes go to smoke the parking lot. I had 2 supervisors 1 that had been their for 20 plus years he never once gave me crap and was very helpful. On the other hand the 2 one started 2 weeks prior to me comig he was a complete jerk my boss hated him because he was always trying to send us home early to cut the agencys workers hours my boss would always tell the 2 supervisor no they have been working hard and the could sweep for the next 30 minutes lol. The 2 supervisor the noob even had the nerve to tell me thag i sholdnt be punching in at 6.55 im supposed to 15 minutes early when all the workers dont leave the lunch room until 5 after. Oh yea the punch in another con u gotta punch in at work then write out your hours and sign it off by the supervisor.

They are a waste of time. Unprofessional staff and they were very rude to me over of the phone. Go with another agency if you have the chance.

Facilitated a contract of 6 months... (do probationary periods exist anymore? hope of FT? benefits? Bueller??) Nevertheless, the recruiter had due diligence in collecting the pieces, forced to do the dirty work" as the company ghosted me before returning the following Monday."
