Very limited Variety of products available. And the prices are on the higher side. You will have very limited range of items for different categories.The staff is not at all friendly. Specially the manager behave is too rude even though they are at fault.I do not recommend it for shopping. Save On Food is much much much better option in Stade. Very polite and friendly staff and very good quality products available with very lucrative features like Rain Check".They are just getting benefited due to there is no other competition in the town.Hardly you find any lucrative offers in the store so you got forced to buy!!!!"

Fernie has a branch of Marks and an employee there whose name is... Deep" - certain thats likely not the proper spelling. Anyway

It always has what I need, easy layout in the store to navigate, still bothers me that you have to go back through Canadian tire to get out. Did the keys get lost for the door?

Our server Allison deserves 5 stars over and over. We came in for some work boots and the order my dad had a problem with shipping it before Christmas, which never came in time, she was so dedicated to the problem and made a entire strangers problem into her hands. We really admire this old fashioned service and your store should recognize this how good you are. Plus we got the gift it is finally almost resolved.

The only place with a wide variety of woman's clothing and footwear, where I can find clothing that fits me as an individual. I've never walked out dissatisfied. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and if an item is not available at this location they go out of their way to find it in another location and bring it in for you... I've been shopping at this store since they opened in Fernie. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a good place to shop.

It's a typical Marks. Nice selection of casual and work clothes. Staff were very friendly. Stop in any time I'm in the area.

Went in today to buy 2 pairs of hiking boots.I chose a pair that was on display (the only pair in that style in my size) the shoe had a ticket price of $55.99. When I retrieved the box, it was marked a higher price. I told the staff the shoe was marked at $55.00 and law states the lower price should be honoured. Instead of honouring it, she ripped the sticker off and said they forgot to take it off and instead said I can buy them at the higher price and get 50% off the 2nd pair of their clearance items (an already in store sale). I did not want to buy clearance items, not did I want to spend another 50% more. So instead of selling me the shoes at the lower advertised price, plus another 100$ Full price pair for my boyfriend, we walked next door and bought them at Canadian tire. Mark’s lost almost 200$ in salesBecause they didn’t want to honour the price advertised. Went in there to look at getting a new Jean Jacket, then noticed T-Shirts, top quality T-shirts, you know - the kind they sell for $20 - $25 each, on for $7 - $10. Cheaper than the Bargain Store or WalMart! Just goes to show you, it's worth looking around folks. I bought high-end, top quality T-shirts for $7 - $10. One happy guy when I left there!

A great store to get work close and boots. Also have a variety of casual clothes. Staff are always very helpful.
