The Connect Hearing on Garth St Hamilton has always provided excellent service to my father over the last 6 years. But recently they went above and beyond for my elderly father to get his hearing aid fixed even though it was due for replacement. For health reasons, he could not come into the clinic to be tested and fitted for new hearing aids so they worked with the supplier to get his hearing aid fixed. Only took a couple of weeks and it is as good as new. Thank you to the team at Connect!

Some of the most bright and sweet people work here. The staff is amazingly courteous, knowledgeable and do their best to help. It is refreshing to meet people who brighten days while providing wonderful service. The staff cares and provides solid advice for such technical instruments. I highly recommend!
