We stayed for the weekend. The room was very clean and the bed soft. The view was beautiful. 7-11 was conveniently located across the street. We will return.

They currently offer weekly and monthly rates that are cheaper then the average rent for an apartment in hope. The staff are amazing. The place managed by an onsite mother. When I got here it was middle of a snow storm and I had just a file box and a suitcase to my name. My belongings where in storage. The manager provided me with a cup a couple plates a bowl and a knife and fork and spoon. My door froze one morning and the pregnant landlord came to my rescue beating the door handle off the door with a hammer to free me from my room. Yeah the units need some work but the staff are absolutely amazing. I feel like I found a great place to call home for the next few years.

Absolute dump. They were happy to take my money and booking on Booking.com along with a valid phone number and email address. They chose not to call or email me for the two days in advance of my booking but explained (in a cloud of cannabis smoke) when I arrived that they didn't have a room for me and I'd have to apply for a refund through Booking.com. Not a pleasant end to a long day on a motorcycle.As long as the refund goes through I can't honestly say I'm too disappointed, though. This motel had a crackhouse vibe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room itself was kinda unclean. The bathroom towels were VERY small, and 1 is not suitable for an adult. The shampoo packages were literally impossible to open. The TV didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was horrible.But other than that it was a pleasant stay and honestly I would recommend it for the price.

Needed a last minute place to stay when the highways were closed.The manager (Colette) was super friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, bed was comfy and it has a decent little kitchen setup.Stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms.

I don't know who the people are who are leaving perfect reviews... They must have the wrong place. Last chance at best. Only had shower with no shelves or anything to set soap or shampoo on, no tub so kids couldn't wash up. Carpet was crunchy. Heater barely warmed up room by morning. Coffee pot hadn't been cleaned. Simply a place to try and sleep. Noone around at checkout to complain to... Although I must say the lady at check-in was more than friendly and helpful other. Tossed keys in an unlocked box and will never go back.

I was staying here and there and there was a MASSIVE fire behind my room, hotel management allowed a staff member to live in a camper directly behind the building , he came running out of his camper HIGH AS A KITE while his camper went up in flames and nearly caught the building on fire! This place is full of addicts on top of that and made me feel very unsafe , wish there was a rating worse then one star.

Was here for a week while awaiting car repairs. I found the 24 hour onsite staff extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. Was able to have my doggo with for a low fee too! Found there to be quite a few long term tenants, and they weren't loud or crazy, they were respectful of others, it was quite quiet for being right next to a busy road. 711 is right across the street. There was a small fridge, coffee maker, hot plate, pots and pans, as well as dishware available. Would definitely stay here again.

Cochroach motel is more like it. TRAVELERS BEWARE!! This motel had in infested room. It was clean and looked good till it started crawling. Couldn't get out fast enough. Owner aware and not very concerned at all. Do not recommend.

Place could use a top to bottom cleaning and a couple Reno's but over all it works. It's not the Hilton but never expected it to be. The location is really good. Love that the Fraser River is 2 min walk away. Keep your eyes open when walking the river you might just find a piece of BC jade!
