I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Rooter. We had a complicated issue to deal with, with several parties involved and Mr. Rooter was relentless in ensuring the problem got fixed properly. They also worked with us to come up with very creative solutions that minimized the negative impact to our property and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I would never bother going with another contractor.

I've had to edit my first review. At first we were quite pleased with the quick response to our problem and the hard work put in by their technician. After dropping a rather substantial amount of money to repair this problem once and for all we were left with a foundation leak that continues to plague us every time there is a substantial rain event. It has been 8 months with lots of promises and either no response or no action. Frankly we getting sick of this.

Great, friendly, prompt service. Able to come within a few minutes on a Sunday to replace my hot water heater. They had some on hand at the shop and the whole job was done within 1.5-2 hrs.

Right from the first call they were nothing but professional and informative. I had to work with the water company first which took a month but even after that they remembered my case and got things back in process where we left off.Rick showed up and even though we had a difficult setup he got the work done quicker than expected and flawlessly done.

Very easy process. I called made an appointment. They were done in couple of hours. Staff was very friendly and respectful. They were efficient and professional. They worked so cleanly. 5 stars all around.

I needed a repair work on my outdoor faucet. The company was easy to reach and the technician arrived on time, he got the job done clean and he was very professional. The price was very reasonable too. I trust Mr. Rooter more than another company I dealt recently. Happy with the service and Highly recommended!

Three days ago, I noticed a sewer gas smell, and my downstairs toilet wouldn't flush. After using a plunger, it still didn't work. In the mechanical room, the floor drain had overflowed. I checked local plumbing companies, and decided the best one to call was Mr. Rooter. Two plumbers came day after I called. Turns out my sump pump was not connected, or installed, entirely the way it should be,so not working properly or very poorly. There were other issues as well. My house is only 3 years old, a new build. The other issue was there wasn't a sump pump alarm installed, which would have alerted me there was a problem. So wouldn't have had water overflow from the floor drain. I am very pleased with all the work that was done to fix this. Friendly, professional. I am getting an alarm, be installed when there is time in the schedule. Overall I couldn't be more satisfied and certainly will recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs a plumber, plus obviously the only company I will call when I have a plumbing problem.

Great company. Replaced my leaking water tank quickly and with expert installation. Fast service even though wasn't initially an urgent call. Neighbor worked with them and were also impressed with service. It's been difficult at times to have the trades service our rural location but Mr. Rooter was very accommodating. Estimate was very near the final cost. Highly recommend!
