TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I’ve had a pleasant experience with a few staff at this branch. Normally on the weekends is when I go but I had a super unpleasant experience today. The manager had to notify the staff that I was in line waiting which wasn’t a big deal but I was pretty annoyed that I deposit cheques monthly in my business account with no problem and suddenly this cheque needed to be held for a few days. He was pretty rude when I asked why and said it was protocol but I don’t understand how I’ve deposited over ten cheques and never had this happen before. The fact that I pay an outrageous fee for them to store my money and they restrict me from when and how I use it is ridiculous. To be honest, I probably wouldn’t be so upset if the customer service was better! Crypto is the move.

This Branch has always been accommodating and welcoming to me. I They have helpful and knowledgeable staff that assist me with my financial needs. Thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled appointment delayed by 20 minutes and directed to a different branch. Poor experience from start to finish unfortunately.

Called ahead to get some coins from this branch only to drive down here to be denied and rudely dismissed by the manager.. this was a unpleasant experience and I wouldn't reccomend doing your business here because of the unprofessionalism in the building, manager needs to take a course on how to act in the work setting

I waited 15bmins to get to the cashier. When I got there they were not prepared to make out a money order the service person disappeared for 5 minutes. Them they had to register the box of money orders.when I asked how much longer the next cashiersqid something under his breath to meSo I asked him why q bank is not prepared to make out a bank draft. Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Tellers just kept talking to each other instead of helping customers and continued to do so when they were counting my money.

Wouldn't reccomend conducting your business here as the manager is an obnoxious air head who is on a power trip because she is an old hag

What a waist of time and space. I made an appointment and met with Javier to purchase a GCI. Anything I asked about like the interest rates and cancellation fees and policy the advisor kept saying “it all depends” and when I asked if they can figure out the cancellation fee he left me for 10 minutes and returned saying “we don’t know it all depends” and he was completely fine when I mentioned I will move my investment to a competitor bank. Worst costumer service ever!

Truly an astounding level of incompetence that I had to experience when going to this branch. Dealing with TD is consistently the worst banking experience I've had to deal with. I've never had issues with CIBC or Scotiabank.All I was trying to do was transfer over signing authority for a business account (for a charity organization of all things) and get a bank card that I can use. I was told I must first meet with an advisor. So I schedule an appointment for the next day. I come in the next day, and am told by front-end staff that all members must be present before I can transfer signing authority and receive a business card. Our team members are all around the city.If that was a requirement, then why as I not told this prior to arranging an appointment? Perhaps the most offensive part was the cowardice of the financial advisor who refused to tell me this face-to-face and instead let one of the clerks fall on the sword. Absolutely despicable behavior. I would sooner drive an hour through rush traffic to go to literally any other TD location than frequent this branch again. God willing, I never have to interact with TD again after this.
