I registered / extend insurance for all of my vehicles here.

My partner and I rushed into this office at almost 15 minutes past the closing time of 8pm on a Monday evening. The door was unlocked, most lights dimmed and a lone man bent over his desk. He stated “sorry we are closed, I’m about to go home “. We live on an island and had just purchased a car nearby and needed the appropriate transfer and insurance paper work to be completed. If he couldn’t help us we would be completely hooped. He got to it and expediently, efficiently and accurately processed our papers, with great humour and friendliness too and we were able to catch the last ferry of the day home! Thank you Kevin! You are a credit to this buisness. Best wishes to you and may your kindness be returned a 100 fold.

Overall very hardworking staff and cares about their customers. I would've given them 5 stars or 6 but don't know how they'll handle my 2-3 months later payment even though it's my fault.:)

We have been dealing with C & N insurance company for over a decade now, and it has been nothing but an absolute pleasure. All of their staffs are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They provide you with the best options available out there without forcing you to purchase a policy that is not necessary for you to have, if there is a problem with ICBC and your accounts, they will patiently call them and wait on the line for as long as it takes until your problem has been solved I would highly recommend going to this insurance company for all your insurance needs.

Had to do a registration for an Out of Province vehicle from Ontario, went to a few places nearby but they either didn't know how to process it or just told me that I had to come at a different date. This agency actually had agents on the spot that knew how to process it immediately. I can tell they have experience as they told me that they handle many auto dealerships nearby and that accuracy and efficiency is their guarantee. Overall very satisfied, saved me lots of time and frustration, will recommend!
