ASG did a wonderful job on my roof. Price was great and the quality was the best I have seen. They were quick and clean and my neighbours all wish they had the same roof as I have. The roof really has added value to my home. ASG also installed a fan vent for a bathroom renovation and again were priced right, quick, and clean. I highly recommend ASG for any home exterior work you may have.

Unreliable - spoke with the owner about an estimate for roofing materials for my shed. He said he or his son would be out to get measurments within a week. Called 3 weeks later and the secretary said she didn't have a record of this appointment and she would contact me with an updated appointment. 2 weeks later I still have yet to hear back.... Needed a piece of downspout to keep water away from house. They could not be anymore helpful and polite...great service. Will not hesitate to recommend them.

Very unprofessional. Was a small job which I asked for assurances that they would not back out. Went to office to firm up deal, select product choices etc. Went to give deposit and was told none needed for a job so small. Just under $3000. This week I called and was told there was no record of my job because I had not checked a box on an email confirming. When I responded that we had come in to the office to firm up commitment, was told I had to wait for the office manager. Frank would not respond to my request to speak with him directly. The office manager emailed to say she was looking into the matter but when I called to speak with her, rather than deal with their error, she began accusing me of being rude to her staff, she insisted that we would have been asked for a deposit, she questioned what staff I had dealt even though I told her two of her staff were there when that was said including my husband and then she told me I could just find someone else because she did not think they wanted to proceed. I again asked that Frank call me. She eventually provided a date for late Nov. early Dec. for the work to be done but I had to provide a deposit immediately. Eventually, I got Frank on the phone. I told him I was disappointed in the situation but he clearly had not wanted to speak with me about the misunderstanding, was very rude, basically said he now wouldn’t do the job until next year.... and finally..... “we don’t need your business, we are turning people away every day, we are so busy.”Well..... all I can say is...... so glad I did not end up with this man and his so called ‘family business’. A business that does not value the customer, treat them fairly, acknowledge their mistakes, take their phone calls, try and mediate solutions, is not a business that will survive over time.Ethical behaviour is valued above all.

Horrible driver and not secured load in the back of the truck. Almost killed us on Eramosa road
