Overall exceptional property. Above and beyond on many things you wouldn’t think of such as boot warmers, heated towel racks, smart toilets. Check in time got pushed back an hour and unfortunately could not check out an hour later which was a bit disappointing, but we understand how busy the property is and how much dedication they put into making it exceptional for the next guest, so didn’t take away from the experience.

Our family stayed for a month. The home was just like the pictures and the view was amazing with ski-in/out. The staff took great care of us and made sure every detail was covered, they made sure our stay was as carefree as possible for an unforgettable trip. We are already in discussion with Premium Experiences to book again for next year. Highly recommended

This year we stayed at Horstman House, a superb home within the Blackcomb resort minutes to the slopes. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the owner bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable.This is our second rental through Premium Experiences--Whistler and their properties have been first-rate. Theresa was a delight to work with and met us upon arrival to provide a tour of the house and make sure we knew how to operate the AV system, lighting, hot tub, steam shower and all the other features within this comfortable home. Thanks again for making our ski trip so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time at our stay with Premium Experiences Whistler. The house was set-up beautifully for a comfortable stay. Our host was very helpful, friendly and quick to answer questions about services during our trip.

My family and I just got back from a wonderful week with Premium Whistler at their Fitzsimmons Walk 39 home. It was in a lovely, quiet location, yet only about a 10 minute walk to the village. Access to the slopes is best if you have a car.The entire team at Premium Whistler did a great job before we arrived and while we were on site, helping with any need we had.We'd definitely head back with them in the future!

My family and I had a great experience with this service.We stayed on the 14th hole at Nicklaus Golf Course. The house itself was beautiful, quiet, execptionally clean and very roomy. The hottub was a plus after long days skiing. There are tons of hiking trails close by to the home and its a beautiful walk into the village.We also hired their recommened private chef who was brilliant!! It was the highlight of our trip to invite our friends and family to the house and enjoy a delicious and elegent meal made in the warmth of our own chalet.To add, the conciegere offerings was a great addition and made our activity bookings really easy.We cant wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay in Whistler all due to the massive support and help from the Premium Experiences Whistler team. From helping us to navigate the ups and downs of COVID travel restrictions, to ensuring we were set up for some fun when we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our stay a trip of a lifetime. Last minute reservations when everything was booked solid felt impossible, but Maria and team pulled it off! Each place we ate was fantastic and even had a friend of the team's drop in on our dinner to ensure we were enjoying ourselves! We hope to be back to Whistler again next year and will be looking forward to working with the Premium Experiences Whistler team again.

Our experience with Premium Experiences Whistler was courteous, professional, timely and exceeded expectations. We would book through them in the future. The property at Snowbird was perfect for our family. The house was stocked with everything we needed and exceeded expectations with a boot and glove drying station among other things.
