TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

You get mixed experience there. Some tellers are good and some have no ideas what they are doing.Try avoid any complex task here.

The staff is friendly but unprofessional. They provided me incorrect info and wasted my time...I suggest to deposit/withdraw money from their ATM rather than their counter as that will be more faster, and go to other branches if you need other services.

As a general rule, I dislike banks -- not the people but the corporation -- because they are always so focused on profit and they don't pay their employees what they are worth and they don't incentivize their employees in such a way as to encourage going out of their way to help clients. So it was such an incredibly nice surprise for me to receive genuinely helpful and pleasant customer service from James the Branch Manager who helped me with a problem with TD Waterhouse that had been ongoing for a year. He took the time to listen to my long rant about trying to close an account that TD Waterhouse was not being very helpful with, and he proactively chose to help us solve our problem, something that the half a dozen TD Waterhouse people I had spoken with in the past year were not able to do. James' attitude and actions of wanting to be of help without any tangible benefit for himself or his branch makes him stand out like a shining star. He passed us on to another team member, Michael, who helped us to complete the transaction and he was also incredibly nice and helpful. They have impressed me so much that I am thinking of moving our accounts from our current credit union who we have been with for over 15 years to their TD branch. Great team at this branch! They are a model of what banking customer service should strive for. Thank you so much!

came back to Canada about 10+ years later. to wake up my account. mr. T. welcomingly listened to me and introduced Mr. L. L.in Unit 140. While the two were discussing my issue I felt they were in a very professional relationship of leadership and cooperation.I talked at Leo Li's office to revive the account. After that, in Alberta I called him about limit . This time in May to reissue my card - all of which couldn’t be done here, no matter how much I tried, through customer call(NEVER GET PHONE) and online, or even visiting my local TD branch twice!overall, I am very impressed with his diligence and dedication.Because of a banker like him, the branch will have a reputation of being very organized and conscious of their customers. I would recommend him and his branch to whomever I know.

Great service by staffer Max Dominguez and his lady Asian colleage. I wanted to get a joint account with my wife and they were both very helpful and accommodate.

Had the best customer service experience that I've ever had from a bank. Edmond got my accounts set up just how I wanted and also took the time to explain all of my options. My introduction to banking with TD today made me feel like I was hanging out with a friend. This is how banking should be done. Kudos for making my banking simpler and enjoyable.

Unresponsive, poor customer service and inexperienced.
