Dr. Ruksana Nasreen

Dr Nasreen cares for both our children and we have been very happy with the care we recieved from her. Recently they were able to fit us in on short notice, which was greatly appreciated.

The doctor is great. The ladies at the front desk are completely rude and disrespectful, in person and over the phone. One of them was shouting at me in front of my kid and told me to shut up and get a new doctor if I don’t like the staff. It would be a great place if they get new receptionists.

I don't get how such bad receptionist can still work there.. Took me 3 trials to pass her my birthday!!! She puts me on hold for 15 min then hang up on me.

I have been going to doctor Nazarene for all my kids for 11 years. She is the most caring doctor I've ever met. I know some people think she's judgy, and I understand how it might come off that way, but really it's just she is very serious about her job and she really cares. She has helped me get specialist appointments for my kids, she gave me great advice while breast feeding. She is extremely busy, and sometimes it's a while before you can get an appointment, but when you get there she is focused on giving your children the best care possible. The two secretaries that are women are super nice as long as you are nice with them. I know that some people think the one is rude, but I've been in there enough times to know she's not. In fact there was a day that I called and she answered and she came off as kind of mean, and then she said I'm sorry I'm frustrated because it's very loud in here and I can't hear you. Now when I call I just make sure she can hear me good. I'm telling you if you don't take out your frustrations on them all they want to do is help you help your kid. One day I was very frustrated and I even said I was getting frustrated, I didn't yell at them or act out, just told them I was getting frustrated, and u know what they understood, and they helped me. I think some people just need to stop and take a breath and say I'm getting frustrated. They get your frustrations and they really do care to help you and they will do all that they possibly can to help them, but you have to be respectful.

I called about almost 20 times left messages which were not responded .Fortunately i got an apportunity to talk to the front desk they were extremely rude .when i inquired her name she said why should she Tell her name .she told me my one child can be seen in...and for the other child with the same signs and symptoms we should go to the emerg of Victoria hosp. Because the doctor is busy or cancel the first child's booked appointment ...i don't understand how other clients bare this attitude of the staff of the front desk ..she banged the phone in the middle of the conversation.the doctor should consider changing the front desk immediately as she is suffering from a psychiatric illness.

Dr.Nasreen is an excellent Dr In every aspect as well as a good human being....I wish she had the FRONT DESK staff like her ...Lisa front desk receptionist doesn't have any respect for the patients.. extremely unprofessional...this job is not for her.

The way they communicate is very rude and disrespectful even on phone.Today I called to Book an appointment for my daughter who is very sick. The way, the receptionist dealt with me wasnt nice.At the end, I asked her name which I alwys do as my reference as sometimes the booking goes wrong, thats why I alwys ask the name of the person I talk to over the phone.She got very scared and keeping me on line, she is telling another lady that I am asking her name. I can hear from my phone their conversations. That other lady sounds way more rude than the lady was talking to me. I asked more than 5 times the name of the lady I am talking to. The other lady seems like her Boss. The other rude lady in the reception told the receptionist : ' Just ignore her question and don't tell your name '. This is not nice at all. And when I came to this review page, its full of the negative reviews of the front desk staffs.These Front desk staffs are ruining the reputation of the good doctors in that building.Today is 3rd November. I called at 10.26am. This information is for the owner if He/She needs to investigate.

I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Nasreen since we moved to London 4 years ago. I can say that she's very compassionate, caring, patient and knowledgeable. However, I can't say the same regarding front desk. Majority of the time when I visit, there's no inviting greeting/welcome or even a simple smile. As a nurse myself, we pride on making people feel comfortable, especially knowing patients are entering an unfamiliar environment. I feel the front desk needs a reminder on the etiquettes of communication. Example, booking an appointment shouldn't be difficult. We shouldn't need to ask 5 questions to book a date. Patient when is the Dr available?" Reception - "She's here Monday to Friday" Patient- "Ok

Professional Doctor and have always been happy with her. Not easy to get an appointment, often not the friendliest office staff and message box was full all summer. Doctor is booked for the entire month. Have to find another walk in or Pediatric Dr unfortunately unless it takes months to get in everywhere.

Dr. Nasreen has always been excellent. The 2 secretaries at the front desk provide awful service. They do not greet you upon entry. I was told to come at a certain day and time and it turned out the secretary gave me the wrong information. We continue to attend this clinic since Dr. Nasreen is excellent, and in spite of the poor service of the 2 front desk secretaries. I will be filing a complaint with the office manager about what occurred today. The secretaries will not provide me the name and phone number of the office manager at this time so I will be sending a fax.
