I just don't know how to rate McDonald's. Having worked there in my youth and seing how it's run today, I question the decisions that have got us here. It's not fast food, its it will be ready when it's ready, and good luck if we get your order right. Without sounding like I'm 100, but in our day we served two counters with one kitchen staff and most nights we were only 3 to 4 guys(girls). Now it's seems everyone only works their station and they're like 10..and you can't get a coffee out in less that 5 minutes. Head Office really needs to evaluate their efficiency.

Nearly 1h in drive-thru a Sunday evening is not acceptable. Very inefficient and poorly operated. You can't take 20min to serve 1 customer in a fast food restaurant.Very poorly operated. The owners should consider selling it because they definitely can't run it properly.

Forgot nugget sauce.Fries were incredibly old. And placed sideways in the bag.Jr chicken was swimming in mayo.Sprite was water because nobody changed the syrup.And couldn't even complain and get it fixed because we weren't waiting another 20 minutes in drive through and d9ors were all locked.I love McDonalds normally. But holy this one was way off.
