Ever-increasing the merge it just went downhill services sucks its like always in slow motions the tellers just take their sweet time and most of them new.. it used to be so good now I don't even bother I go farther location for a faster service.

The worst customer service ever NEW employee's need to be monitored period

Attended the branch this past Saturday (June 18/22) around 10:30. One teller dealing with a customer, the other two tellers engrossed in their computers. I was the only one in line ( although there were 4 people waiting on the sidelines... for a financial advisor?). I'd like to say it was 4 to 5 minutes before a teller acknowledged me. Somehow businesses have lost the art/courtesy of training their staff to staff it just takes a couple of seconds to say I'll be with you momentarily ""

GOOD GOD do you folks need to learn about customer service. I visited your branch after ALL your branches were closed the entire weekend for some sort of merger. Now, one would think, if you provide zero services to customers for an entire weekend, come Monday, chances are you will be seeing a bigger influx of customers. Smart money would be to make sure you have an extra staff member or two on hand to handle this overflow. I SPENT 45 MINUTES waiting in line, minutes after 1pm, because you only had 3 tellers (with ZERO sense of urgency) on, meanwhile you had anywhere from 7-11 customers impatiently waiting in line at ALL TIMES. I personally witnessed one customer spend 25 minutes chatting up one of the tellers, lord knows he must lead a boring life because he saw it necessary to boast to the employee all about the warranty on his car, what dealership he goes to, how many free oil changes and tire rotations he gets, why he still brings in pennies with his deposits, and on and on and on. The teller showed ZERO concern or abilities to control the conversation and move matters along, while this customer ate up the better part of a half hour while people were VISIBLY & AUDIBLY getting frustrated with the wait times. May I remind you - this was AFTER the lunch hour, which is when things should slow down. Did a manager (Stacy) jump into action to help customers? God no. All was left to the three tellers (none of whom seemed to be expedient with any of the regular day to day procedures). Your company has ZERO concern for customers and this isn't the first time Ive experienced this abysmal level of service. Maybe other branches are better, but heed my warning - If you are considering banking with this branch, run don't walk, in the direction of a competitor. If I could I would award LESS than one star.

Line ups here are absurd you guys need to hire more tellers!!

A simple transaction took multiple visits to complete; the manager who scheduled the second meeting was occupied during our appointment, and I had to start over with someone else. A courtesy call offering to reschedule would have been wonderful, instead of wasting more of my time.

What should be a great place to do personal bank work, turns out to be a waste of time and always terrible service. The tellers and manager in particular, are incredibly rude and condescending. Would not recommend doing business at this branch.

Always long line ups at this location, stood in line for a good 20 minutes just for the teller to tell me and the customer in front of me that their printers are not working. You could have let your customers know this as they walked in or at least put a note on your front entrance.
