DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Absolutely the worst moving company we have ever dealt with and we have dealt with quite a few. If we could give them zero stars we would.Completely unprofessional. We had an agreement for them to deliver some furniture to our condo in Miami. They arrived several days late.Yuri, the general manager, is incredibly unprofessional and rude.We cannot stress enough that this company is a scam and unfortunately we will be launching a lawsuit against them for damages.You have been warned so don’t be surprised when they scam you too.Will be updating this review as things develop.

You won't regret choosing Easy Moving! The quality of their work is top-notch, fast, organized, well-coordinated, and of high quality. We ordered them to move our glass, and they didn't break or scratch anything (as usually happens), and the product was left in good condition. We're very happy that we used their services. Everything is great!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this moving company. They completely violated the terms of our contract by refusing to release my furniture unless I paid an additional amount that was not agreed upon. It's alarming to see that another reviewer had the exact same complaint, which suggests a recurring problem.To make matters worse, the delivery of my furniture was severely delayed. According to the contract, I was supposed to receive it between May 9th and 12th. I even went as far as booking a flight to Miami specifically to be there for the delivery. However, the furniture never arrived, and whenever I contacted Yuri, the person I was in touch with, he couldn't provide me with a straight answer. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I spent a significant amount of time on the phone trying to sort it out.Eventually, my furniture did arrive on May 22nd, which happened to be the long weekend in May. This forced me to hire a property manager to accept the delivery on my behalf. Adding to the hassle, my condo building was reluctant to deal with this moving company. They failed to provide insurance details and couldn't even give me a confirmed delivery date, making it impossible to schedule the elevator.Overall, this entire process was an absolute mess. The moving company's unprofessional behavior, including the attempt to extort more money, the severe delay in delivery, and the lack of clear communication from Yuri, left me feeling stressed and frustrated. I had to incur additional expenses and deal with unnecessary complications, all because of their incompetence.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against hiring this moving company. Save yourself the trouble, time, and money by looking for a more reliable and professional option.

I want to thank this team of movers who came to transport our condo. There were a lot of things, there were oversized cabinets, which eventually had to be disassembled and then assembled. We couldn't pack the furniture ourselves, the guys did everything quickly and professionally. The work is clear, well-coordinated, all the guys are friendly, calm, and if at first the move seemed like a disaster, then in the process it became clear that there was no cause for concern. Easy Moving did an amazing job moving a piano from Guelph to Toronto. Their price was reasonable and the 2 movers were courteous and friendly. They were careful to wrap the piano properly and used the right equipment for the move. I would highly recommend Easy Moving for your next move.

I needed a piano moved from west toronto to central Toronto. I called Easy moving, and they were able to schedule me the next day. They kept in touch from coming to pick up to delivery. Everything was great. Thank you easy moving No stress.

Everything was awesome, and I highly recommend them! The cargo guys arrived on time, were responsible and friendly, handled everything delicately, did accurate work, and knew how to work with equipment. We were even able to order urgently, and they came to us within a couple of hours. The prices were very pleasant, and the manager was polite and caring. We use their services for our business, and it took us a long time to find a good company after falling for scammers who quoted a low price on the phone and then demanded ten times more on the spot. After that situation, we were scared to fall for dishonest people again, so we were very glad we found this company.
