Stay away, this place is a ripoff. I took my mom's Black Forest cuckoo clock in for repair, was told it needed the mechanism entirely rebuilt and quoted over $350 for the work. Took it to It's About Time for another opinion and they fixed it by replacing one worn gear and cleaning it up, for about $100.

I am sorry this happened. I took a mantel clock in for repair. It needed a new mechanism I was quoted $159.00. We both heard it. When my fiance went to pick it up it was $195.00. He paid for it, but I called and was told I was mistaken and I picked it up so there's nothing they can do. You must of heard wrong. Literally she said we've got your money so!!! I'm sorry this happened as I always had really warm feelings about this place. I have 3 clocks from there. No warm feelings anymore. The woman, the manager, was just rude and defensive. She also told me to shut up!! Seriously is this the way you treat your customers?

The service I received today from Dillion at House of Clocks was amazing. Pricing was less than I expected for the repair of my grandfather clock that is 30 years old. This company is a 5 star rating from me. I will definitely be calling them again for all of my future service and repairs.

The owner went above and beyond expectations in helping me with a Fitbit watchband. He spent close to 30 minutes trying to put one on a Fitbit watch, which included drilling new holes and using new pins, and charged me only 10 bucks. Very grateful for his efforts on multiple fronts

I was surprised to see a couple of negative reviews on here. Our dealings with this business have always been great. Are they the cheapest option? I don't know - but for our grandfather clock their service call charge was less than a business across the river we used in the past. Plus they have been friendly and completed work when promised both on our cuckoo clock and grandfather clock. We need to support this business it is becoming a lost art in this digital age.
