We love shopping for runners at Pen Run! The staff are super helpful and patient, taking the time needed to find the shoes that fit my children well.

Great store, always very helpful. I've been going here since I started doing their Pen Run series 3 years ago. Was recommended I try a Brooks shoe and now they are my favourite shoe!! Check them out for friendly and helpful advice.

The staff person worked tirelessly to help me find a shoe that would accommodate my recent ankle surgery and surgeon's subsequent Rx. She was so incredibly diligent and kind, and after trying many many shoes she finally found one that worked. Highly recommend this store.

At Pen Run they are friendly, have a great selection of the best shoes for running or walking, and a super knowledgeable staff that know what they are doing. I would highly recommend shopping here for your next pair of every day shoes, exercise/training shoes, or spikes.

I stopped in because I heard really good things about this store. Couldn’t find the exact pair but was told they would order in a pair of shoes I selected that weren’t in stock. Expectation set at 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called in as there was no communication. They said they were shipped and would arrive shortly. After 4 weeks still no word. I called back and was told they’re having issues with that supplier and a superior would call me back later that day with an update. No phone call. Called back and was told they have no ETA and that they don’t have an answer. I told them to cancel the order. Friendly staff, nice products but delay was too long and communication poor. Had the right expectation been set I could have selected a different pair or shopped a different company. Wasted a month waiting. No communication even though I was promised a call back a couple times.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my one month old runners and they stepped up to take care of me. Thank you for going above and beyond.
