Was having a very serious issue with my phone It was stuck or frozen,didn't know what to do . Was recommended to go to asurion to see what they could do for me . Was greeted by Justin told him my situation ,he took the phone in the back came back about 10 minutes later and had the phone working 100%. Man oh man he save me. Great customer service, very polite, very friendly very nice guy. I highly recommend this place if you're having an issue with your phone five stars

Well for what you pay,you get no help with starting a claim for a lost phone. We don't do this. He gave me the wrong number to get help. We just fix the phone if broken in someway. NOT good costumers service. You need to be able to have more. I pay every month for insurance. I think it's a sham .they want more $ .when you go in.

The man working just now finished the phone fix one day before it was supposed to be done. Going above and beyond and actually using a waiting time for other phones to load up to squeeze me in. There were several phones ahead of me and he fixed those phones first and took every available minute he had to get mine done. I will recommend this store to everyone I know. Thank you amazing service!!!!

I was brought to the store for what I thought was a damaged speaker on my iPhone. I met with the tech Tyler who was very knowledgeable about and was able to look at my phone right away. Tyler recommended a simply cleaning of the speaker to further diagnose. After he cleaned my phone my speaker worked perfectly. There was no charge to me. Great place. Wonderful experience I had with Tyler. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend seeing him at the Buffalo Delaware location.

Absolutely above-and-beyond service at this location on my Samsung warranty repair - my phone looks brand new again & despite the wait for Samsung approvals, Ben at this location was so incredibly patient & helpful in getting everything squared away! 10/10 would recommend!

Was told repairing the glass on my phone would take 3 hours max and I asked him to contact me when it was finished. When I went to the store 9 hours later after no word he told me his machine was broken and he couldn’t fix it. Very poor customer service skills.
