I've been shopping here in recent years after moving to the area and I love having this store in the neighbourhood. They carry some really cool and unique products/brands that you might not always find elsewhere (eg. On, Hoka, etc.). Not to mention the incredible knowledge and personalized customer service that they can offer. On a recent visit Steve helped to explain to me in great detail about the parts of different types of shoes I was considering after listening to my needs/uses for them, etc. Wanted the Ons but due to budget opted for the new Hokas which Steve suggested - really great value on the shoe. Have been running in them for a few days and they are AWESOME! Thank you Steve!!! (I've also been helped greatly by Chris at this store, everybody has been great!!)I suggest you shop local, and go for a run right right away to nearby Pacific Spirit Park or up and down the Arbutus Greenway!Their pricing is competitive (same price as elsewhere) and they also have some amazing sales once in a while too (I should really keep that secret to myself but oh well). Thank me later!

What an experience! I have been a customer at Run Inn Kerrisdale for 4 years and each time I'm looking a shoe just simply based on looks, Chris laughs at me. Not to make fun but to educate me on the type of shoe I should be wearing for the activity I'm doing, my gate and to adjust for my problematic knees. The knowledge he has about shoe materials and how they are constructed really helps me make a choice on the type i need based on a professional shoe fitters opinion. Now I know why some running shoes are $80 and why some are 200$. I will never by random shoes at a big box store again. Thanks to Chris, Karen, Tom and Steve. Keep up the great work! I run almost every day and I was doing so on the oldest, most worn out garbage shoes.After leaving with a pair of Saucony shoes that felt like I run on clouds now, I had to go back for a second pair immediately. I got a great discount on a pair of Hokas and now my feet don't feel like they're going to fall off.The staff are all super caring and amazing. I've dealt with three of them so far and it's a dream every time, they are super knowledgeable and recommend based on what my feet do and their personal preference which is big for me. Thanks Run Inn I love you.

The owner Chris is wonderful. I just came in and bought the best runners for my feet. They truly care and the other gentleman was very friendly and there clients seemed very satisfied.

Best place to buy running shoes! I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door by Chris and he was so helpful. He was able to direct me to the shoes that I needed and let me run down the block to test them. By far the most personalized experience that I have ever had in a shoe store. I bought the HOKA Carbon X SPE shoes and they are fantastic. Great especially for flat feet.

We were in there today and bought 2 pair of ON shoes. Professional, friendly and really knew their stuff. Would highly recommend as they start with measuring and understanding exactly what activity you are looking to buy shoes for. Will make the trip there again for sure.

Best in Vancouver. The staff at the kerrisdale location are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I always remind myself to go to the Run Inn for the unmatched quality of service and the great selection of running essentials. If your looking for the right gear the Run Inn is a no-brainer .

Excellent customer service and selection! I am not a runner (mainly play racquet sports) but I could still find a lot of high quality gear and apparel that fit my lifestyle.

Lots of fuel options for ultras. Runners, trail shoes, spikes, gear. Tons of selection. Good deals. Friendly service. Located in Kerrisdale, so parking is at a premium. End of summer sale was really good. Can also buy extra spikes for track season. Would highly recommend this store for any track and field needs.
