APNA GROCERY STORE

i had a very bad experience here , the old lady sits there is very rude to the customers , i bought an item from them its expiry date was november 15 2017 .but it dint even stay for 12 days like i bought it around 12 of september and got expires in 10 days . it tastes very bitter and color changed from white to brown yellow .i wont recommend this place

Got a frozen food, everything had mold in it expired food, Got Lacha parantha whole pack had black mold, the Punjabi chole had black mold. Don't waste your hard earned dollars here not worth it.

Horrible experience. Rudest staff. Talk rudely to kids and seniors. Very misleading and purposely fooled everyone about “free” tea sets. Would never go back to this store. I hope the staff realize how rude they are.

NO NEED TO WASTE THE MONEY.I BOUGHT MARINATED CHICKEN FROM THIS SHOP LAST WEEK.IT HAS STINKY SMELL.WHEN I CALLED AT THE SHOP.THE LADY AT THE PHONE DIDN'T GIVE GOOD RESPONE.

Gill's pricea are cheaper compared to Apna Groceries. Please check your prices and be in competition.

Their prices are cheaper as compared to gill supermarket. I used to go to gill but now I visit here most of the time.

Terrible customer service. My mom tried to return an item and brought the receipt with her and the lady yelled at her and denied they sold the item there. After she finally admitted the item was bought from there she accused my mother of ruining it and then returning it. So disrespectful. If she was polite and explained that it is their return policy to not take back certain items that would be fine. Her attitude was not appreciated. We will definitely do out shopping elsewhere and never come back to this establishment. They just lost several customers as we will make sure to tell people how my mother was treated.

Their Chicken is amazing, there’s also a great deal going on right now. Would’ve definitely recommend their food.

Very hurt by this experience. I went with high hopes for a free tea sets after i saw many posters and signs about these free tea sets. Please keep in mind that nothing else was mentioned. When i got there, i waited in the hot sun for hours. When it was my turn to go inside, i instantly noticed the rude behaviour of the staff, especially the lady that was at the cashier. I ignored it but i was very disturbed after I saw this happening with a senior. I started getting a weird feeling and didn't feel welcomed at all. I got a few things and got in line. While i was in line I saw the rudeness of the cashier get to a level that was not acceptable. I wasn't the only one that felt like this because the nice lady in front of me stood up for the senior, thankfully. When i was done checking out she handed me my bag and was confused since I didn't get a tea set. I kindly asked her and she snapped at me since i didn't spend $50. I was extremely hurt by her behaviour and was even more confused since nothing was mentioned on the advertisements. I left immediately and I know I wasn't the only one who get tricked into this. I would never go back here, very disappointing and very hurt.

Hi guys the old store A2Z is closed and the new store is named Apna Grocery Store. These guys are great. Prices are very reasonable as compared to the older store and other stores too. They have variety of chicken as compared to the other stores and its awesome.I tell you guys must go there. They have variety of stuff than any other stores. I like the staff, the owner and the lady, they both are nice and helped me good. They know how to handle a customer.
