Poor customer service. Signed up for monthly parking in June for an end of July effective date. No sign of my pass yet. Head Office in British Columbia says I need to pick it up in person, local branch claims it should have been mailed out long ago. No email record of thanks for registering with Impark Monthly..." or whatever (my online account is active however.) No one can provide an update. Repeated calls to local branch for followup either goes to voice mail (left messages

I parked here yesterday in downtown Hailfax. Had the meter set to 6 pm. Took a tour of the city and arrived late back around 6:30 pm. Had a nice $65 ticket. I was pissed! Even said the the attendant that he could have had given us a break. No such thing. He said to call the company and they would waive. Well I called and the best they would do is reduce to $55. What else could I do but to accept cause they were not going to lessen the fee.So much for having a great visit to downtown Halifax. Bitter taste. Thanks

I've used the Hangtag app to park in one of their lots twice in the past week and came back to a notice on my car both times. Had to take the time to follow their process to get my notice cancelled. They should have a better system in place to ensure the customer is paying through the app rather than just tossing a notice on the car.Also previously had an issue with them where several charges for using the lot weren't posted on my visa as I using it, but as a lump sum later on, which was very inconvenient to pay off all at once.You know an organization is not putting in the work when the automated customer service person has to let you know verbal abuse and profanity will not be tolerated". Overall not a great experience."

The staff of Impark Halifax are not to blame. They get no support from their corporate office, and none of the lot owners will do anything to help. The province owns most of the lots and will not put any money into maintenance. The machines work fine, people do not read the very clear and easy directions. You don't have to park in their lots, no one is forcing you.

Do not, under any circumstance by monthly parking from these people. When I did, they did not send me the parking tag. However they did take the money off my credit card. I called to cancel the account and they said they would refund my money....they did not, even after two phone calls and two separate reference numbers. Terrible service!

Booth is no longer manned by a human, replaced by a machine. The machine is not working, will not read my debit card or the other three people in line. There is no contact number for help, even when i googled impart the assistance number they provided is out of service. Basically they are holding your vehicle hostage. Worst customer service ever.

A bunch of thiefs. Sent an email saying my parking was cancelled effective November 1 due to a parking lot management change. Was charged in November and again in December and they won't even think about giving my money back. LAUGHABLE customer service, if you can even call it that.

This is one of the worst organizations I have ever dealt with. 1) Next to impossible to communicate with, listed phone numbers don't work and no one answers any that do. 2) The lots are beyond unsafe, I wonder how many times they have been sued for personal injury from slip and falls on their lots, they do not maintain anything.
