Super bad work not worth it at alll!!!!they didn’t cover my toilet bowl and my cupboards got paint residue everywhere the secretary was nice but the job was horrible not worth it change ur bathtub or keep it the way it is this is not a solution!!

My tub was discoloured, rusted and I thought I had no other choice but to spend thousands of dollars and redo my entire tub. JJ Refinishing saved me a lot of money and did a spectacular job.

Most unprofessional company. Like another review here, had a tub booked for 5 weeks. Cancelled after 3pm on a Friday afternoon 2 days before July 1st when tenants to were moving in. Another booking a few weeks later and despite me confirming they never showed up. Do not use this company. Extremely unreliable.

Sent 2 e-mails requesting a quote. No call back, no e-mail back to me, nothing. So I called. Receptionist told me someone would call me. Never happened. RUN!!!!!!! See the warning signs!!!!!! Once I read these reviews I'm not even going to bother. Bye JJ

Unreliable, irresponsible. No interest in customer service. My advice: go elsewhere. These people were recommended (recommendation from many years ago, though, which must explain it) but after booking an appointment to refinish our tub almost two months in advance, they cancelled two days before. No explanation, no rescheduling, nothing. Can't say when" they can do the work they committed to. Wow."
