Friendly, efficient, and effective. After watching them quickly fix the phone of the customer ahead of me, I handed handed in my phone. Within 30 seconds they identified the problem and return it to me fixed with a minute. Wowzers impressive.... 2 for 2 in less than 5 minutes. I certainly will take any further phone, computer or tablet fixes to them.

Awesome service, took my phone in yesterday at like 3pm. They mentioned my phone would be the last to be done which makes sense considering the time of day. Anyway, my phone was completed just after 5pm!Would recommend 100%

By far THE BEST service I have ever had when I comes to anything phone related. Chris Danroth was amazing. Same day service, no hassle, no added fees. You literally just saved my teenagers life with this quick phone repair. 100% would recommend to anyone needing repairs on phones etc. Great Job!!

Awesome groups of guys who are all very keen on fixing phones!Fast service, and the phone looks brand new. Definitely recommend.(I got a Xiaomi phone fixed, which is not really a supported phone here in Canada, so props to them on finding an appropriate screen!)

Incredible service! Dropped my laptop off this morning to replace the battery and was told it be 3-5 days (which I was aleady perfectly happy with) and it was repaired by the early afternoon. I was lucky that they happened to have the correct battery required already on site, but I'm still incredibly impressed with their speed!I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was lovely to talk to.Great customer service, will be returning for any other repair needs in the future.

Chris was great. My Apple Watch needed a battery & I wanted it next day, but he realistically told me 3 days. I was delighted when he called me the 2nd day! Then, he helped me pair it up to my phone again & got my watch face back to what I wanted. Great service- highly recommend!

Took my phone into YRD today thinking I had a cracked screen as I had dropped my phone on a paved surface and could see the cracks across the screen. I was pleasantly surprised when the technician told me it wasn't the phone's screen that was cracked but the screen protector was! I was amazed and also impressed with his honesty. I was ready to pay for a new screen or even a new screen protector but neither was necessary. It made my day to receive great service with up front honesty. I have no hesitation in recommending YRD to anyone who needs a phone repair and is looking for great service.

Great service! Friendly and helpful. Last month I had new glass put in my iPhone replacing the badly damaged lens and am so glad to have their same day service when I brought it to Your Repair Depot early that morning. I also liked their pricing.
