I recommend this place for all your hearing needs. It is an amazing place, and the people there are super friendly, professional and welcoming. Today I had an appointment to have ear wax removed. It was my first time getting it done and I was feeling anxious about what it would entail and feel like. Edie Pyefinch immediately made me feel comfortable, explained the process every step of the way and got the job done without pain.I am so thankful for having booked with Hearing Solutions at Billings Bridge. I don’t know why I suffered for a couple of years with some hearing loss from a build up of wax in both ears. Didn’t know where to go to as my doctor doesn’t provide the service anymore. My partner Suzanne found Hearing Solutions upon a recent visit to Billing’s Bridge Shopping Centre and Hearing Instrument Specialist Edie Pyefinch, a miracle worker. She removed the wax safely and without any pain explaining the procedure as she went. I would encourage anyone with hearing loss due to a build up of wax to contact Edie at Hearing Solutions.

Woke up feeling I was under a cave, ie, a ear blocked off. Went into Hearing Solutions the same day, the person who picked up the phone was super kind (and funny!) and got me an appointment for ear cleaning. 30 min later, back to normal. The doc was honest abt me needing cleaning for only one of the ears. Super highly recommend!
