Pure garbage. This place has a bad reputation from many people I talked to, and you need to visit it to understand why. It's a dumpster. Completely unreliable equipment, and you are not allowed to ask thorough questions about your purchase . Stay away! Go to big Eric or ifood

Merchant tried to charge me $7 sales tax on a $21 bill, did not apologize when I pointed out the mistake. Building is not heated.

Over the years we have had numerous business dealings at Metro Food Equipment. We have found the owner to be fair and reasonable in all our dealings. If we purchased an item that turned out to be faulty or did not serve our purpose then we were able to return the item for full refund.

A true lunatic! This guy has anger management issues and an unbelievable temper. He literally insulted me when I asked him if there's a guarantee on the equipment. Can you believe that! I'm a serious paying customer who's asking calmly, and he insults me! The amount of disrespect is through the roof!!

Chaos and unreliability is the name of the game. Absolutely rude and cranky owner. He literally told me that I have no clue what I'm talking about and I should go shop somewhere else because I asked if he had a pizza oven that goes over 700f! I've been baking for 10 years and this guy who should be a salesman talks trash to a serious customer!
