Emmas Pilates & well-being
Having done Pilates before but been through some significant health issues, Emma's class has been the perfect re-introduction. Her teaching style is very helpful and supportive and she knows how to help each client so they have the best experience and strengthen and align that core! Every time I drive away I'm sitting taller, straighter and with loads more energy than I came with.

Emmas Pilates & well-being
Emma is really knowledgeable, very supportive and encouraging. What I like the most is how Emma checks what your doing and if she recognised a difficulty or incorrect form very quickly adapts a movement for you and assists to ensure your getting the best workout whilst listening to your body. Very sociable, bubbly and relaxed lady who I find a pleasure to learn with. Highly recommend.

Emma is wonderful at getting us to maintain our Pilates exercises in class, as soon as this crisis is over I'll be back.
