Bartle and Gibson has exceptional customer service and is always willing to help out. It was close to closing and the salesgirl was open and accepting of all of our questions. It is the only place I will go for plumbing stuff.

I tried to help a friend who runs a community centre 50 km away from the courtney location. They needed some moen cartridges replaced on a faucet (moen offers a life time warranty on there products and provides suppliers of their products free repair parts). Bartle and Gibson courtney charged me 22.50$/cartridge and the option to return (100km round trip) with the broken product to receive a 20.50$/cartridge refund. I know that times have been tough for people and businesses these last few years. But, trying to make a buck off a item which is given to you free is an underhanded way to do business. Makes you wonder what else they would do to make an extra dollar.
