I’m very surprised by the negative comments, although most of them are older I notice. I’ve lived in a TSE managed property for 15 years, and I’m happy with their oversight. I’ve recently joined the condo board, and now that I work with them more, I find that the property management company is actually quite excellent. Even before I was on the board, I would phone on Saturdays, evenings, Sunday afternoon, always expecting an answering machine. But I was always surprised that Jason would pick up and deal with whatever the concern was, day or night, weekends too. This property management company is incredibly responsive to the needs of the owners. Some of the negative reviews about condo fees going up actually don’t have anything to do with the property management company; they have to do cost of living increases, but also with financial decisions which are made by a board and the tenants. So people seem to not have an understanding of what TSE does. The biggest service they give is a quick response time. We wouldn’t switch from TSE.

Jason and Malcolm at TSE Management are true professionals. Responsive, organized and most of all efficient. Problems get identified before they grow into large problems and fixes are provided. Always professional and very responsive. Compared to our last management company they are a dream. As a condo board official they make the running of the building much much easier. And everyone loves a well run building.

As a resident of a building managed by Malcolm Marcus, i only had negative experience for the past 2 years. He is not being helpful to the residents, he is arrogant and rude, he allows himself to watch over people in the cameras ,invade privacy, discriminate yonge single women. He allows himself to call and yell at people. He assumes things without ever approaching a resident and making sure. He is not reasonable, he is not treating the residents fairly. Very disappointed

I have had the pleasure of working directly with TSE over the past number of years as an Owner within a building they manage and more recently as a Board Member. Company principles have always conducted themselves in a professional manner and always work closely with us to resolve issues and/or concerns in a timely manner. If you are a small Boutique Style condo looking for personalized service, I would highly recommend TSE.

TSE has managed the condo in which I live for 29 years with the same property manager looking after our building during all those years! He has done such an amazing job that other corporations in our complex have requested TSE’s services. He knows every aspect of the mechanical end of the building and can call most residents by name. As President of the Board of Directors, I can call or e-mail him at any time, day or night, and I will receive a response. If you want a professionally, well-managed residence, TSE Management should be your choice!It leaves me to wonder when the reviews are either 5 or 1, nothing in-between....no comment!

T-Thieves S-Scoundrels E-Embezzlers.Malcolm and his son Jason manipulate Election results and ballots. I have seen this first hand.TSE produces fraudulent invoices constantly. They ask vendors for kickbacks.Jason stocks and takes advantage of single women in buildings / condos run by TSE. Jason is a predator of single women, he then boasts of his exploits.Racist company - TSE is a racist company and treats its residents in a very rude manner.Residents have asked TSE for a copy of invoices and haven’t received anything for years.They send legal notices to any resident who questions their fraud.TSE will bully your residents with legal notices and have the legal fees attached to the unit owner.All good reviews about TSE are by racist white people / fake and paid for.

TSE has been managing our condo for 13 years and the service has been consistently excellent, even when I experienced half a dozen floods from an adjoining apartment in the course of a year. Jason Marcus is not only prompt in responding to my requests but also proactive in resolving the issue. Having served on two different condo boards of directors in the past I know how rare this level of service is and would highly recommend TSE to other boards.

I have lived in a smaller condo building managed by TSE for the past 7 years. Any questions or issues are dealt with professionally and promptly by Jason. Having been on the board for the past 4 years has given me closer dealings with Jason and Malcolm. Their combined experience and knowledge are a great asset for us.

Very satisfied with TSE Management Services. They have managed my building for over twenty-five years and TSE has always operated with professionalism and integrity. Excellent financial management and reporting. Excellent contractors and trades assigned to our building. TSE is responsive and responsible.

I have had nothing but positive interactions over the years with Jason Marcus (property manager at my condo). I have found that he is responsive to requests at all hours of the day and night - even my late night phone calls get answered in emergency situations.I would certainly recommend TSE as a fantastic management company!
