I was extremely pleased with the Service that I received at Pearle Vision, Dieppe. I would highly recommend the DIeppe Store for anyone looking for glasses. I appreciated the help in finding frames and could not ask for better people to deal with. The staff goes above and beyond to find the perfect glasses for people. I cannot stress how wonderful the service is and the prices are very reasonable. A+++++++

So I had a crazy experience where if it was not for the patience, perseverance and persistence of Michael I don't know what I would have done.Long story short my eyes are jerks and my glasses had to get redone over 10times, yes you read that right 10 times plus and I can't remember how many frames and now.... I CAN SEE!!!!!!Honestly I am so grateful most places would have given up but they didn't they honestly wanted me to be happy and to see.If you have a wonky script, bad eyes or just can't get your glasses just right honestly go see Michael he is the best, top notch and just awesome!

I’ve had 2 amazing experiences at Pearle Vision. The staff are exceptional, especially the technician. I had glasses I needed repaired for work and they fixed them on the spot. I recommend them to anyone needing glasses or repairs!

Pearle made it painless to find glasses! I didn't really know what I was looking for, the staff member that we were speaking with was awesome! She very quickly narrowed down exactly what I was looking for I loved the look and she was so kind to my girlfriend and son and I! I cant wait for my new pair of glasses!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful on our first visit to select glasses. We never feltrushed and they gave great advise on our final decision. When we picked up our glasses, she took her time ensuring our glasses fit us properly. We had a wonderful conversation and laughter as our glasses were adjusted.

I would recommend Pearle Vision over and over to everyone. You will not regret your first step till the point you get your eyeglasses. All the staff (Michel, Dora & Marcia) are very warm, and they are always willing to make you have first class experience. Just give them a try.

My husband I recently went to Pearle Vision in Champlain Place Mall. We both walked away with glasses and sunglasses on order. We were assisted by the incomparable Dora who was knowledgeable, humorous, pleasant and found the perfect glasses to suit our faces and styles out of the huge selection in-store. She made the experience exceptional. Looking forward to picking up our new specs in 2-3 weeks.
