Thank you Hobby Hobby! After the local shop in Hamilton denied me assistance with a motor warranty claim with Arrma, and then told me Arrma will take 6-8 weeks to ship, I called Hobby Hobby. What amazing service here. Hobby Hobby assisted me with my dead Arrma Vorteks motor by giving me a new one, and they will handle my warranty claim for me. Now, there is no need to wait 6-8 weeks as the other shop told me. Hobby Hobby has a vast selection of just about every RC\Hobby type item you can think of and they will take time to answer your questions and will not rush you out the door. They also have the best selection of Tamiya Paints at the best prices around! Hobby Hobby you have earned a customer for life, I will never go back to the shop I originally purchased my Arrma Vorteks from. Thanks again Tim, for helping me out, and allowing me to see what true customer service is all about!Aug 1st Edit: Thanks again for helping our with dealing with the warranty (this time my ESC), while I was there I picked up paint for my Mystery Machine Lunchbox as well as my Konghead. I had paint left over so I used it for my Vorteks clear shell I picked up off of you. Just Wow! Best looking Vorteks around IMO (and not just because I'm the one who designed it, lol).

I was truly impressed with the level of service when the customer service of the RC company couldn’t efficiently help me with my issue, Hobby Hobby stepped upped and took the time to troubleshoot and fix the issue. It is clear the staff is always there to help and make sure you are satisfied with any product they sell. They definitely have a “customer first” culture.I will not hesitate to buy from them again when I decide to invest in another hobby to enjoy priceless time with my son.Thank you!

Well stocked classic hobby shop that carries a broad range of RC aircraft and ground vehicles. Nice selection of kits, radios, engines and building supplies. Some plastic kits are in the store but that's not their strong point; they DO however have a decent array of balsa! There's usually a small bargain bin with deals on servos and goodies. Prices are excellent, and the staff is knowledgeable. In an effort to offer the most competitive pricing, no item in the store has a price tag. Staff will look up the cost on request. It can be useful to know your model numbers and prices before visiting. One of the last remaining decent hobby shops.

Customer service over the phone and in person is very good. They are very knowledgeable on all RC hobbies. They have very good stock on pretty much everything. If they don't have what u need, they will get it fast. I've had a few things from $10-$1000 shipped to me and never had an issue. Great store, good people. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service and my go to store to buy online if my local shop doesn't have what I need. Fair prices and shipping cost compared to what other shops will gouge from you when buying online.

I walked into Hobby Hobby after being gifted a model set and having no idea what I needed or where to start. The knowledgeable and friendly staff walked me through exactly what I needed to get started. We looked up the type of model that I was gifted and they were able to find the exact paints, brushes, and cement that I needed that didn't break the bank!

I am a costumer of Hobby Hobby for over 20 years and I visit the store at least once a week. I know all of the staff by name including the owner. They all go above and beyond to help their costumers. I am close to a couple of other hobby stores and even though I do not have anything against them, the experience is just not the same. We are really lucky to have Hobby Hobby in our neighborhood. Highly recommend Hobby Hobby for in store and online purchases.
