Debbie always went out of her way for me. Found free frames that suited me when all the others wouldn't, fixed my glasses for free multiple times, or whenever a little bolt came loose or whatever. You're better off here than any of the soulless corporate places.

They were able to make lens for my frames when no other place was able or willing to (I didn't have any lenses for these frames, every other place I tried going to required I already have lenses for tracing). Great quality service and price.

Eyes checked & glasses picked out the same day, glasses ready for pick-up within 2 days. Totally efficient. As they direct billed to my Insurance Company, it was also inexpensive. I highly recommend this local business. :)

I recommend Debbie Mozelle to the people I know because it is an honest place. The employees are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very accomodating to me since as a mother with two children under my wings, I take up a lot of space. One employee even offered to hold my baby to make things easier. Lastly, I have called around and I found that Debbie Mozelle was the most economically priced. I took advantage of a free pair of frames with the very basic lenses and was not pressured to spend more money. Thank you.I also returned because I was finding my new lenses to be a bit funky, and they confirmed that one of the lenses did have a flaw and repaired it at no cost to me.

Debbie Mozelle had an office in White Rock for a great many years and as well as providing excellent service with prescription glasses at a reasonable cost, she donated generously to the community. She also willingly provided items for silent auctions, gift baskets, etc. I have purchased about half a dozen prescription glasses from Debbie Mozelle and have been totally satisfied. If any repairs were needed she and her staff provided them free of charge. I was dismayed when I was on vacation that on separate occasions, each arm of my glasses came off. I had them temporarily fixed by opticians, but they were very crooked. When I returned home I contacted Debbie with the details and, in her usual helpful manner, she suggested I pop over to her Langley office. To my surprise, it took no time at all, there was ample parking and she replaced the arms perfectly! Debbie is always fun to chat to and nothing is too much trouble for this lovely lady. Thanks Debbie.

My first visit to Debbie was a great experience. She is fun and lively yet very professional. She hand picked a style for me that I ended up choosing after trying on 6 other pairs. She was able to see my personality and my taste right away. She made me feel comfortable in the exam and was patient with my responses.On top of her amazing customer service she will also only charge you for eye glasses.I highly recommend visiting her in Langley!

Debbie Mozelle gives 5 star service and support. My Mother is in a nursing home and her glasses often need repair. She suffers from dementia and is known to place them down in a high risk area. Debbie has been so supportive with repairs at no charge. Definitely recommend her.
