Amazing customer service. I broke down in Kamloops on my way through town and they got me in right away and handled my warranty work as well as a lot of extra advice and help. You guys went above and beyond, thank you for everything!

These guys are awesome! I bought my truck in October and it had a new transmission put in it 10,000km previous in June. When I bought the truck I noticed it was shifting hard but thought it was nothing after taking it to a different transmission shop and them telling me it was all good. I drove it for around 11,000km and happened to be driving through Kamloops one day and figured I'd stop in to see if they could tell me why it was shifting hard and whether the warranty on the transmission was transferable. After talking with them for a bit they told me the warranty was unfortunately not transferable but they ended up taking my truck for a short test drive anyhow. When he got back I was told it was shifting unusually hard but they would make it right the next time I was in the area! I booked it in for 2 weeks ahead when I was coming through town again and upon arriving they brought it into their shop immediately! Fast forward 4-5 hours and they had the truck shifting like it should have from the beginning and didn't charge me a dime! They took the time and effort out of their day to talk to me and walk me through exactly what was going on with the transmission and everything! I would highly recommend these guys after the positive and amazing customer service I got from these guys!

Exceptional service. The service advisor Jeremy was very friendly and described what was needed immediately and some other items that were not necessary right away. I highly recommend them for all repairs. Also from a past transmission rebuild Glenn is probably the best transmission specialist in BC.

Great service! Went above and beyond to make sure we had our vehicle! My husband of 60 years old said... best service he ever got in his lifetime!!

Not entirely satisfied. Went to get an issue fixed on my suv and came to pick it up to find a shattered windshield.I was told it was a mistake by the employee bumping his head on my rear view mirror.To make a long story short they wanted me to claim it on my insurance, also stated it might have been from a stone. They did pay for it to be fixed but didn’t compensate me for my entire day off to get it fixed or for my gas there and back!I LIVE A THREE HOUR ROUND TRIP FROM KAMLOOPS

Called in this afternoon for some questions and they were very patient and polite answering them for me! Great Service

I booked my appointment 2 weeks before (the soonest they could fit me in), I arrived on time and then had to wait 4 hours for them to get my car in. They put it on the lift, found the problem and showed me. They then charged me for half an hour shop time - $65 after taxes. Nice guys but thats not the way I would have handled it...

Great service, a very knowledgeable group of people. Brought a friend's truck here to get the transmission rebuilt. They provided pictures, parts and an explanation for all work done. Also they gave us a full warranty on all work performed.I went back with my own truck and had another good experience. Then I received a nice letter in the mail. Never got anything like that from other shops. I will be going back for sure.
