Super facility for year round soccer training - turf is just like grass. Calvin and Kiara are making it happen!

This was my sons first year with Villains and he was absolutely loving his experience. It brought us so much joy to see him so happy at every practice and game.Unfortunately, during our Christmas holidays in Vancouver, we had to bring our son to the emergency. From there, they transferred us to the BC Children's Hospital where he lost complete mobility of his lower body due to a rare condition that they think is GBS.Today is day 10 of us being at the BC Children's Hospital and even though we see some progress, we still have a long way to go.I've emailed the club to inform them of our current situation and to ask if there is any possibility that we could get a CREDIT that we can use once he's recovered because as mentioned previously, he loves the club and we plan on bringing him back once he's fully recovered.The response I received made me feel like this is a court battle where you need to provide evidence to win. We're not asking for our money back. All we simply asked for was a credit.We're already going through so much, the last thing we want to have to think about is getting the paperwork that they are asking for and sending it all to them.So to keep our focus on our boy and our family, we've decided to forget about it and not continue with this club.

Kids have fun at soccer

This club has very poor communication. Had my child tryout 5 times then said they didn't have a spot for him. So in turn they did not have enough kids for the age group which they would have known at time of registration or shortly thereafter. With that my child was left with no where to play soccer. They offered me a full refund but only for the soccer portion not for the clothing I was also told to purchase which is club specific. Needless to say I'm stuck with club clothes for a club that I would NEVER go back to. It would be nice if they just refunded my money after being asked several times and never being responded too. Great customer service. Still waiting.

Fantastic club to train a kid for football. Technically sound coaches but small facility. Hope the new dome facility can be completed to schedule. Highly recommended...
