Driver destroyed an overhead light while reversing in our parking lot before loading, and refused to take any accountability. I was blamed for the accident, as the 5-6 times I shouted to stop weren't enough.The manager, who also denied accountability, then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't have done it any better since I'm not a trained driver myself. I'm still unclear as to how that's relevant. I was then also told that I could have been held liable for the brake light that the driver broke while breaking the overhead light, but, because they had better things to do, I wouldn't have to pay. Needless to say, I'm relieved.Last but not least, the driver then hit the light again after he finished loading and was trying to exit the lot. Perhaps he thought it had moved?I was told that they had policies that free them of liability, however, I've never seen them. I would like to have one produced for myself, as it would undoubtedly help my auto insurance rates.

These guys came to a big demolition job I contracted out in Newmarket. They did a very good job pickup up all the appliances, hvac, plumbing, electrical, metal studs, and metal siding. Very organized and professional. I now use them on all my contracts!
