J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience. Manque de professionnalisme. Trés cher pour le peu de services que j'ai reçus.À éviter à tout prix.

Excellent service par Joëlle Mouaikel, professionelle, courtoise, et prend le temps de répondre en détail à toutes nos questions et passer à travers chaque élément d'un contrat de vente et d'achat. Nous avons fait affaire avec elle pour la vente et l'achat de deux maison et seront ravis de refaire affaire avec elle pour des questions légales futures.

Very professional experience when doing the paperwork around buying our first house. They didn't just prepare everything in a timely and organized fashion, but in our meeting they led us step by step through what we were signing so we understood all the implications. Would definitely use them as our go-to notaries from now on.

By far the worst and most unprofessional notary I have ever dealt with. Expensive and zero customer service and empathy! They represented both buyer (me) and seller in April 2019. May 2021 I go to refinance and the old mortgage is still on my sub search!!! Two years later they still hadn’t discharged the old mortgage. I had to step in and do their work for them by contacting the other bank and I got the paperwork sorted out in a week…which they couldn’t do in 2 years and its their job that they were paid for it by both buyer and seller!Then they finally file the discharge but Quebec registry is backed up so the discharge won’t be processed for months!I started the refinance process in May and I’m still waiting (August now). No apology or reparations offered. I asked if they would do the refinance paperwork and waive the fee and they dismissed that they were incompetent and only offered me a $250 discount. Did I mention both myself and the seller paid them 2 years ago for work they didn’t complete?Now I’m looking for another notary to do my refinance paperwork so I don’t have to wait months longer.Do yourself a favour and pick another Notary. This one should be shut down for gross incompetence.

Stay away. By far most expensive and useless notary that I had to deal with They are there to waste your time and milk you for all you've got. Spent 30 minutes on a very basic consultation and was charged for the full hour at a ridiculous $430 rate. When I asked how much it would cost to register a corporation they wanted $1500 and a month for the process. Give me a break! it take 2 weeks and $200 online applicaiton. You do not need these clowns.

Les services rendus par cette étude de notaires sont professionnels, les notaires et le personnel sont très compétents. Ils ont pris le temps de bien m'expliquer tous les détails de ma transaction et de faire mon testament et mon mandat selon mes volontés. C'est un plaisir de faire affaire avec eux!

J'ai particulièrement apprécié mon expérience de dissolution de copropriété avec Jean-François Venne-Pronovost. C'est un expert en matière de copropriété qui est capable de bien vulgariser les démarches entreprises. Je recommande!
