It is an absolute pleasure to write my experience of the services that Anna Menezes provided. I am a new immigrant who was looking for a job in my profession. I was introduced her through the Toronto virtual career fair. Yes, we talked only couple times regarding career guidance, however, it was an absolute surprise to see her email around 1 am in response to my urgent email the same evening regarding a job interview opportunity.I was not at all expecting my career guide to be this prompt and concerned about my first job interview in Canada (based on my past experience, of course). The resources she shared, the mock test she prepared in such a short notice and our virtual meetings-everything was extremely helpful and motivating for me. I can’t thank her enough for restoring my faith in career guides. :) Yes, this is actually the most significant aspect these days. Thanks Anna!

IRCC states that I used the services of this organization and asks to share my experience, but to my remembering I have never used these services and don't know the name of this company. I have no idea how and when they got my information.

Very disappointing service. Poor service when contacted kiosk manager at Pearson Airport- not qualified for this position. Should have positive attitude to help people when asked for information. CIC should review their performance.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, it was my first time there and they were able the help with my needs very quickly
