Calling to ask a few questions should not be a difficult task, yet my experience with Sue was far from pleasant. I was met with a cold and unwelcoming attitude that had no regards for customer service - if this is how she interacts with customers, I can only imagine how appalling her service must be. I'd suggest finding another company to do business with unless you like being treated like a second-class citizen.

Dr. Exley and his team are phenomenal. His holistic approach to health was refreshing - he stresses the importance of both physical as well as mental aspects of well-being. Dr Exley listens attentively to all my concerns and offers detailed responses to my questions. I felt safe and comfortable under his care.Finally, Sue, the receptionist, is such a wonderful soul! Her energy and dedication she brings to Yaletown Chiropractic is what makes this place feel more than just a regular clinic. I hope to be back soon!

I started coming to Dr. Sean a few years ago when I had a concussion.After a few visits my headaches and brain fog disappeared! My balance returned and I have been able to once again participate in physical activities that I didn't believe would be possible without his support. His chiropractic care has significantly improved my mental and physical health. I have had anxiety throughout most of my life and I was pleasantly surprised to see that even those symptoms reduced and are almost nonexistent for me now. Dr Shawn is the best!!! After all that years working as a healthcare professional my body was in pain, my neck and shoulders couldn’t handle the pain anymore. At that point I decided to see dr Shawn. Dr Shawn is always so kind, listened all my concerns and complains. At my first visit with dr Shawn, Sue took some pictures and measurements and dr Shawn made some adjustments and immediately I felt much better. Now I’m visiting him regularly and my body is more in shape and feeling less pain when I’m working. Absolutely recommending him to everyone!!!
