I have accessed services at this location on many occasions over the past 2 years and I am pleased with the high calibre of customer service demonstrated by staff.I find Kamal to be amazingly patient, knowledgeable, competent and professional. Even on occasions when the store is buzzing with customers, she still displays a pleasant demeanour and ensure that customers obtain quality service.Thanks Kamal

Came before closing to get a passport photo done for my baby. They were busy but very professional. Matthew was amazing! 5 customers all came at once before they closed but he was able to handle it all. He ended up staying a little later to make sure we were helped. He showed care and professionalism!

I had a wonderful experience with the services provided by this store. Ayaan was very accommodating and helpful as he handled several customers at once while ensuring everyone’s needs are met. He also took excellent photos and efficiently walked me through the shipping process. I recommend this store for everyone!

Today -at around 6:45 pm I had the worst experience at this store , I went with my family to get my 4 years old son a photo for his passport, we were trying to get his attention to look at the photographer but couldn’t , when I asked him that did he get a good one he said he was looking at me . I asked him to help us by doing something interesting to have my son look at him to get a good picture .. his answer was rude and surprising that he isn’t a professional and not an entertainer!!I stopped him and decided not to take the picture after all. What a customer service !!!
