The short hair lady, was the rudest person ever! Does not know how to offer good customer service ever!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! HIGHER MANAGEMENT SHOULD TALK TO HER ABOUT HER BEHAVIOR!!!

Horrible experience. When I came into the store was never greeted. When I walked up to cash the rude ladies were still in conversation even though I was standing there. I had to rudely interrupt their SENSELESS conversation and demand my shoe size. I was in a rush so I still bought from the store but under any other circumstances I would NEVER. I even picked up a shoe from the 20% off category and the lady never honored the 20 percent off and said it's original price which is a scam. I will be reporting that incident to head office of course. Will never return to this location again. Worse customer service in the whole premium outlet mall. There were also other people entering and no one greeted them. Disgusting service. Replace the entire team. Sales Rep ID: 5353 / Cashiers ID: 5353****************UPDATE******************I've personally spoke to the district manager Fernanda and she calmed me down and ensured this type of behavior isn't of the Steve Madden culture and the problem will be dealt with. Very nice, and professional lady unlike the woman that I encountered on that day.

Terrible customer service at this location!!Wanted to return a pair for size issues. But i garbaged the box and instead had another Steve Madden box. I was asking politely if they can return it or can give me store credit but instead manager talked to me rudely that it’s used and I don’t have box and that infuriated me!! I left the store without arguing and then returned it at some other location without any issues. Thank you Steve Madden but extremely disappointed with this location.

I want to thank Victor for helping my husband. Such a nice and helpful guy. Steve Madden should be proud of him to help the clients in such a warm manner.

Had a great experience with Fariah today. My wife saw a pair of shoes at Steve Madden square one that she liked but had some glue on the strap. She ended up ordering online and got the same pair that we saw in person. I took the pair to the Steve Madden location at TPO and Fariah way above and beyond what I expected. She called the only other store that had it (Ottawa) and when they confirmed they had the pair she asked them to check if they looked clean. They said they didn’t so she offered to clean them. When the cleaning wasn’t what she hoped she then called head office and asked them to send a pair, which they agreed to. Absolutely incredible customer service. I’d be happy to give her my business again. Thanks so much, Fariah!

Manager went above and beyond. Came in looking for a shoe that wasn't available. She had me try the shoes in different colors and then ordered the ones I want

I would not visit the shop again. Awful customer service. The person who is supposed to help me would not let me and my family try the shoes. Can’t possibly buy without trying.

I was greeted with a welcoming smile upon my arrival and offered assistance by the sales rep - as soon as I showed interest in a pair of strappy shoes. I ended up purchasing the shoes, as well as a clutch that was the perfect match. I would recommend this location to anyone who is interested in getting great service.

Amazing customer service. Winsome and her team gave me stellar service. I cannot wait to shop for shoes again in this store.

My family and I experienced the same horrible customer service when I visited this store. Girls working in the store are rude, do not greet, poor customer services not interested to show any choices or sizes as if they are not pleased by seeing the customer. Honestly they all should be removed and replay the new staff who care above the business. I would never visit this store ever.
