This place has had my car since June. I was feeling pretty discouraged; however, that changed in a hurry. I went to get my car and it looked beautiful. Like brand new. The time was worth the wait. Great service and prompt and quick. My appointment was only a couple hours later and as much as a person was on the end of their lunch they took care of me right away got the information they needed and I'm going to hear soon. I have used them in the past and I'm overwhelmingly confident in their abilities.

Had a small dent repaired at Carstar. The pick up/ drop off was fast and friendly. The repair looks great and they even cleaned my vehicle! Great, professional job - would definitely recommend!

Had our truck in to replace the box due to rust damage and replaced the stonegard decals on front of back wheel wells on both sides, had to replace them ever year over 4 years because the decals and paint kept peeling off.....and now they have refused to replace them anymore. Would not recommend their services to anyone.

Working with Carstar Imperial for our car repairs has been such a pleasure. They stayed in contact and updated me as frequently as necessary to give me peace of mind and to keep progressing with the repairs. Everything was done really well and they went above and beyond to make sure our car was going to run properly, have the correct parts and look great. They even took care of a little rust spot, even though they didn't have to, that could have led to a major fix in the future! Even when insurance was starting to get testy they had our backs and did everything they could to get our car ready and make sure we weren't going to be taken advantage of.All in all, everyone was amazing and we are so grateful that this wonderful team was looking after our car for the 3 months it took for the repairs to be completed (thanks a ton COVID, it would've been much quicker if it weren't for the pandemic)!
