My computer skills are minimal and whenever I am required to seek help I am hesitant since it is frequently humiliating. My experience with Onsite was a welcome change from past occasions. Getting my laptop purged of a virus was an efficient process. But the real change was having Forest assist me virtually in the installation of new programs. It was so smooth and effective that I have to say it was the best experience I have had regarding getting technical help - ever. I highly recommend these people in any computer capacity and especially if your skills are limited.John H

I am not tech savvy, nor am I terribly invested in becoming so. Simon has always gone above and beyond for me whenever I have asked anything of him. Not only that, he does it quickly, efficiently, and subtly makes you think you are smart enough to be doing everything on your own. All of that not withstanding, he is one of the nicest humans I have ever met and I look forward to having tech issues because it means I get to work with him. Do not go anywhere else, your search is done. Do yourself a favor and call Onsite and ask to speak with Simon. On second thought, don't. Then he won't be available when I need him. ;)

We have been using Onsite Computer Services for years. They have helped to keep our business running efficiently with equipment and technical support. They have even setup our home & home office with equipment to combat our poor wifi range. Their remote access for computer support enables prompt & timely service. Every person we have dealt with at Onsite is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.

The Onsite Team always does provide outstanding service, fast and effective solutions to resolve problems or update Software/Hardware and more. Joey did upgraded my computer Hardware and reinstalled Win10 and also set up my files and system. I turned on the machine and everything works great! Love the service on Onsite Computers.
