They have a huge selection of items that go on sale regularly and I’ve been able to find some of the best deals there. The rewards program is bugged for some reason, as it won’t take my LD extras discount.

Shop and selection is great, the beauty department helped me out tremendously, cashiers & floor staff & other members are fantastic.The pharmacy needs some help. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as other staff members there. Unfortunately one pharmacist, a man with glasses, is very rude, missed my vitamin prescription 2 days in a row (I was visiting from Calgary), & didn’t seem to want to help in anyway.

I got my laptop fixed here! I had a stripped screw on my heatsink and struggled to get it out myself, so I went to London Drugs' tech people to see if they could help me.And they did! They got the troublesome screw removed and for cheap too! If I ever have PC problems that I can't fix myself, I'll be sure to see them again!

Kyle was an amazingly friendly customer service agent. I was in the store awhile and watched him interact with other customers, and he was sooooo nice to everyone he came into contact with . A rush happened, and he kept cool calm and collected as he ran back and forth from the electronics cashier to the photo station. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help and answer any questions . He didn't rush and went above and beyond!

Ran into a minor emergency at the mall where our daughter needed her inhaler but we didn’t have one handy. The pharmacist was able to locate our prescription from another pharmacy and get one for us. Super quick and kind woman. We appreciated her work, effort, and kindness.

Yesterday a cashier double charged an item that I bought and I noticed that. I asked her to check again, she was very rude and almost blamed me that i'm giving her hard time then she sent me to customer service. I explained there what happened and the male staff made me wait almost 10 minutes to give my money back. Of course I got mad and I complained, he said it's Christmas and they are very busy but there was only 3 people in the line. It was very disrespectful and very annoying as well how staff use Covid, Christmas etc. as an exuse all the time. Stores really have to educate their staff about this issue.

One of the best London Drugs in the Edmonton area in my opinion, Very friendly and welcoming employees each and every time I’ve came here, The employees here seem pretty experienced at there job, They sell Laptops,Tablets,iPads,E-Bikes,Apple Products and so forth, They also fix Apple products they also claim to be an Apple Authorized Service Provider I’ve never personally had any repair services at a London Drugs Location before ( Good Location ) ( Friendly Employees ) ( Good Selection of Electronics ) ( Apple Authorized Service Provider )Will be coming back here to this Location in the futureReview made on October 6th/3:09pm/2022
