I found the service average. Not bad not great. The place is in need of sprucing up. This is a family run business ans the owners are warm and friendly. They have a really wide range of nail paints. Their washrooms are clean (unlike some other nail places). Parking is available in thr rear of the building.

The price was very reasonable for both manicure and pedicure. Was done just the way I wanted. When staff trimmed my cuticles they were very gentle. The staff are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place.

After a bad lash experience, Jessie completely fixed them for me while being absolutely lovely and very gentle. The salon is always clean and the employees are very friendly!

I started using because of Groupon but now I couldn't go anywhere else. There service is amazing and I've never had nails so well done or that have stayed on as long. Complete supporter ❤️❤️❤️

So from start to finsh.Ok people I gave this place the benefit of the dought after seeing these reviews. I contacted the ad on Kijiji for lash extensions. For a reply quick and Jessie fit me in, before a wedding I had to go to. I went to the appointment thinking not to good after reading the reviews. I sat down for 5 mins got called to the back. Other clients in there seemed happy. The place was clean. I laid on a clean bed with paper towel down. Laid back and closed my eyes. During the application I was not uncomfortable. I had no reaction to the glue and the lashes were even. Had great conversation with both Jessie and the other lash technician. Everyone had a great energy. I was out within an hour. The lash extension product used felt very natural and light. As a hairdresser and esthetician , as well as myself being a technician as well, I know clients can be very judgmental . As for the Groupon experience . Groupon is a great value but the business trys their best to accommodate all. So please give them a try.

the man who did my acrylic nails hurt my fingers and when I got wet my hands burnedThe woman did the microbladdimg on my eyebrows, from the first time I saw them uneven but she defended herself by saying that they would improve as they healed, a month after I did my retouching she was rude and my eyebrows were badly made and uneven and that's how they stayed

Jessie was very nice but please do not go here for eyelash extensions. My girl friend and I went to get our lashes done in October 2020 and we both received poorly done lash extensions. When I would brush my eyelashes they would come out in clumps and take my natural eyelashes along with the extensions. We also both noticed that when she was applying the extensions that the smell of the glue was burning our noses and throats and we have been told by multiple people that she uses nail glue for lash extensions *I DO NOT KNOW THIS INFORMATION IS TRUE BECAUSE I AM NOT AN EYELASH TECHNICIAN.* It’s taken me 3 months to get majority of my natural eyelashes back with tons of beauty supplements and expensive serums.

Ask before you lay down about what services they actually provide!! I went in looking for volume eyelashes and they agreed they could do them, I walked out with classic eyelashes that were significantly shorter then what i asked for! I wish they would have just told me 3D volume lashes wasn't something they do because it would have saved me money and time.

I was extremely unhappy with the service. What I asked for was nowhere close to what I got. The person who did my nails was rude and unprofessional, not to mention extraordinarily rough. I spent nearly the entire time tensed up because he kept burning my fingers. Even the way he was holding my fingers was very rough. He kept telling me to relax my hands( kind of difficult when you're in pain). He asked me what color I wanted and then proceeded to tell me my choice was no good(then putting a color of his own choice on) the place is dirty and run down, there was a football game on the TV blasting very loud(not the kind of thing you expect in a nail salon). Their business hours are not good either, being open only 4 hours on a Saturday when you are in the public service sector is not ideal. It took several attempts to even get someone to answer the phone to book an appointment. When someone finally did answer I was told no we leave at 2 we can't do nails and a pedicure so I would have to come back and do a pedicure at a later time. When I suggested pushing the whole appointment to a later date to accommodate all the services I wanted I was flatly told no. I would need to come for 2 separate appointments on the weekend or I would need to come during the week. In short I have 20 dollars left on a gift card that I'll probably never use, as I have no desire to ever go back. Had I been paying cash I would not have even gone but I did not want to waste a gift card.
