Excellent service

I bought A 10 month old Stranville living home. I was concerned with a few cracks in the Ceiling corners. I was assured that the house had a one-year bumper-to-bumper builder warranty. I emailed customer service to see if someone could come take a look. I got no response. Then called, I was told they would email me back about the issue. Still no response. Tried sending another email with pictures and still no response. Very disappointed with the customer service for getting ignored. Not what I would expect when you spend 350+ On a home.

My husband and I worked with Shane Pocock. Shane has been fantastic the whole process through. We always felt looked after and never pressured throughout the home buying process. We were able to modify an existing plan that we loved to fit our family's needs. Everyone that we have worked with at Stranville has been very helpful including Sam, Joel and Mike. Any deficienciees are being looked after in a timely manner. We 100% would recommend Shane and the Stranville team.
