Have purchased 2 OVE smart toilets from Costco. Both are fantastic units, great value and functionality. Both of them worked perfectly from the start. I have had some issues with one of the toilets after a couple of years usage. Kevin from customer support has resolved my issues quickly by sending replacement parts with simple instructions.Great company with the best customer service experience.I would not hesitate to recommend or refer their products to anyone I know.

Bought a vanity a few months ago, took it out of the box to discover several issues. First, I noticed the doors were caved in. This was due to the stop" that had completely broken off and was laying inside the vanity. The next thing I noticed was one of the drawers closed further into the body than the other

AVOID! Horrible customer service, utterly unacceptable, very unprofessional. I bought the Ove Saga Smart Toilet and the bidet was defective due to leak coming from side onto floor and ruined my whole bathroom and kitchen ceiling. Andre told me to send him pictures and I will be receiving the replacement bidet. I emailed everything requested more than 2 months ago and repeatedly followed up with them via their customer service email and no one ever got back to me. I called last week and was told Andre will get back to me and I’m still waiting. You’d expect a much better service from such company but I highly discourage everyone from ordering anything from ove decors because their customer service is horrible.

We ordered a Declan tub and it arrived with damage to the drain, causing leaks.The second replacement tub arrived (3 weeks later) with holes in the overflow drain, again only located after being installed.Not recommended at all. I never post reviews, but the customer service and product quality is so poor, I am just trying to save someone else a nightmare.

Purchased outdoor sofa set several years ago, product is fine except for the adjustable feet. Sent an email for assistance 6 weeks ago, got a “we’re very busy and haven’t forgotten about you” 4 weeks ago and I emailed today and their support email box is full and rejecting new mail. Seems like they got one foot out the door or no staff for support.

Ordered one of their vanities off Costco. It arrived with a chip in the granite. The instructions are to call OVE not Costco to remedy and they offered my $200 which I accepted.Fast forward 9 weeks later I asked where my check was and they said the associate that was helping me didn't work there anymore and they had no record of a refund.I sent all the info, including emails to their company (that they should already have had) plus phone call dates. They are not expediting the refund, they said it will take another 4-6 weeks, they do not care that it's now been 11 weeks. Every time I reach out (once a week), it's the same broken record response of 4-6 weeks.On top of that the vanity is poorly designed and hard to install the faucet on.

What a disappointment. Nice shower doors but at best marginal instructions. Customer service is TERRIBLE! Waited 5 hours for a return call. Needed a part and got the same” we’ll call you back”. It’s been 3 weeks. They say the aim for the best customer service but it appears their aim is not that good.Also, in the product package it says leave a review with the code word “Happy” and receive a lifetime warranty. I did and left a comment about their customer service and haven’t received the email for the warranty. Evidently only good reviews get lifetime warranty not honest ones.It’s a shame. The product is nice but maybe not worth the trouble dealing with them.

I bought a shower cabin 2years ago. The side panel of the cabin exploded in thousands pieces without any visible reason for that. luckily no one was injured. The company refuse to compensate me despite the fact that the cabin has 5 years warranty.I am going to sue them !

Shocking customer service - Emails not replied to - Calls not answered after three hours on wait and on number of occasionsSo far not able to speak to anyone about missing parts in my order - Will be returning vanity units to Costco and asking for a refund - They can then go to the expense of shipping it back to Canada at their expenseRESPONSE : Despite the apology nothing changed - The same explanation of we are working SO HARD has been threre for months. I will update this when I hear from them - So far no reply to email, no call, nothing! Great to see the PR team explaining the poor setup

We have ordered 2 OVE vanities in the last 45 days. The first we ordered through Lowe's and it arrived damaged. On top of that, shipping was delayed and the reason I was told was because a freight elevator wasn't working. Lowe's arranged for pickup and refund of the vanity.The second (replacement) vanity we ordered was through Costco. The delivery crew arrived this morning (after 3 weeks since purchase date), and I had the delivery guys open the box in the delivery truck before bringing it into my home. The box it came in had no visible damage but to my surprise, after opening it up it also was damaged and I refused delivery. It also had a QC" sticker on it...I do my best to support Canadian companies but this is two for two OVE has shipped me damaged vanities and these vanities are pricey. My expectation is there would be a higher standard of quality and quality control. Although I could wait for a replacement
