We booked the party room it was an amazing experience. Violeta managed everything exceptionally well. She is friendly, very caring and respectful, she dealt with our guests very nicely we had an awesome expeimce and now plan to do the patties every year here. Thank you, Violeta

We have been here in a 1+1 for 3 years and find building to be clean and well kept. Any issues (minor) have been addressed by Sandy, Amy and Jason and we are very glad to have friendly good reliable assistance from them.No issues with bugs or major appliance issues. Happy with building, only sorry we lost the 24 concierge BUT the mgnt is now next to front door so someone always available if needed.

I merely emailed them to ask about availability and the spam scared me away.Three voicemails per day for two days, so I blocked the rental agent. She called and left a voicemail from a private number" today. I received multiple emails to sign up for some application website that is oh yeah

I've very much enjoyed living here in one of the garden homes. The staff and management team are friendly and helpful. The units are clean and renovated. The neighbors are all friendly. The neighborhood is wonderful, all the amenities are nearby. The lake Aquitaine park is great to have on the doorstep as well. Would recommend as a great place for a family.

We went to our doctors office here. You have to check in at the front checking panel and then the access is given to enter the building. New building.

This place saved my life when I left my ex. They moved me in right away, and always made me feel safe and secure. Great location. also, I LOVE LINAS!!!!

I have been renting for the last 6 years from them in Kamloops BC. First our manager was Rose and it was an amazing experience where everything is clean and orderly which is surprising as we are down the street from a university. A few years ago Stephanie took over as manager and just like Rose she cares and the building is always clean and kept up. You know when you put a maintenance request in that Keith the maintenance guy will be giving you a call shortly to ensure everything is in top top working condition in no time at all. I know any repairs will be handled professionally and promptly. Stephanie is amazing and has an amazing person to cover when she is not a available. I recommend to anyone looking for a rental.It may be a little bit of a process to become a tenant but that is how they ensure to keep it a clean and respectful environment for everyone.
