Turner Home Inspections

My fiance and I recently bought a home and Mark Turner was who we chose for our conditional home inspection. He was very thorough and walked us through everything he found as we were going through the house. He also provided us with maintenance tips and suggestions on what to look for in future homes. At the end of the inspection we received a thick binder summarizing the findings and again illustrating the most common maintenance tips. There was a checklist included for us to use once we move in. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND having an inspection done through Mark.

Above and Beyond - My husband and I are truly grateful to Mark's old school work ethics that went above and beyond his job description. Mark went to bat against the builder of our new home. He noted a lapse by the builder to reinforce 3 load bearing walls in the basement. Mark persisted with the builder until they agreed to fix the issue. Thank You Mark!

Mark was very through and helpful in pointing out possible trouble spots, maintenance tips and ways the owner of the house he inspected could easily fix deficiencies. The Home Report he left me was quite detailed and is something I can use with the insurance company and in tracking various repairs over the time I own the house. Mark is personable, professional and I can not recommend him highly enough.

Mark showed up on time and was very thorough. He took a good half an hour at the end of a 2.5 hour inspection to walk me through issues and explain options. I had one particular issue (pesky leak) that nobody could diagnose in the past - he found the issue in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

This is not the first time we deal with Mark. Mark did an excellent inspection job with my sister when she purchased her house two years ago. We contacted him again this summer for purchasing my own house. I enjoyed the inspection experience with him and I learned from his rich experience many things that I wasn't aware of. He explained each bit and piece of the house. All pros an cons are detailed. He provided me with advises and list of recommendations of how to maintain the house and keep it in best condition. I was amazed that Mark has a keen eye. He points quickly and clearly at things once he enter a room or inspects the internal details of the house. He pays attention to all details.
