The Spot at East Village

Quiet, excellent management and beautiful view from my place. Love living here.

Was excellent , good location , quiet building !

I spent a month at The Spot East village and it was Ahmazing". There is a busstop right beside the building so it was easy to move around. What you see on the website is what you get. You get a view of downtown from he balcony. The ceiling to floor glass view of my sitting room was overlooking the red river. it had the basic appliances and I really enjoyed my time here. The building Manager Damain was also friendly and always helpful."

A very nice building, nice location, and very friendly management and staff.

excellent location, beautiful view, friendly and helpful staff.the only down side is the noise from the train and the bus station.

5/5 stars * I'm a renter with the Spot at East Village since last November and will be until I have to leave Winnipeg. Excellent service, always prioritize tenants, and are truly understanding and professional. Inna, the Junior Property Manager is always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. The convenient public transport stops and how easily accessible. I feel so lucky to live here, I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the restaurant Parcel Pizza. I recommended the beautiful building the Spot at East Village and its incredible service to friends moving to Winnipeg. Thank you.
