I've had the pleasure of working with Multi Group on a 6000SQFT office renovation.When we first got in touch with Momo i told him we were quoted by another contractor that they would get our job done in 8-10 weeks and i expressed that we need to move into our space as soon as possible.His team understood that timing was going to be our deciding factor and was able to complete the entire job in less 5 weeks! His team worked diligently through the days and weekends to ensure that the job would be completed on time as promised.Not only did they complete the job on time, they saved us a tonne of money and the craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing.If you've worked with any contractors before you will learn that there are lots of small things that may come up and end up paying alot more than what you were originally quoted.Rest assured when working with Multigroup that they are HONEST, fair and transparent with their pricing. My Team and I have completed three renovations of two houses and one penthouse in Vancouver area with Momo of Multigroup Construction. I am an architect and I consider myself beyond picky. I love working with Multigroup because of their punctuality. Regardless of the troubles we ran into while the renovation process was ongoing, Momo's positive, can do attitude resulted in excellent work. His subs and his own staff were tireless and working around the clock to meet deadlines. Punctual. Professional. I would gladly work with them again.

We just had Multigroup Property Services complete a master bathroom & kitchen remodel and were impressed with the services and the skills of all parties involved in the work.Both the contractor and the on-site project manager exhibited limitless patience with our questions. The on-site work was done in every way to minimize impact to our lives and our home. At the end of the day all materials were safely stored and living area was cleaned. They fit amazingly in the quoted time frame - started as planned and finished two days prior to the deadline. We now have a new master bathroom that exceeds our original expectations.

Very pleased with our bathroom remodel! Multigroup did the job in no time with careful cleanup throughout the construction process. Installation of tiles then went forward with no delays, no waiting for materials or available crew. Momo helped with selection of beautiful coordinated tiles, which was installed with meticulous attention to detail !!!! When I was searching for contractors all the construction companies I contacted gave me a horrible vibe from the start.Excellent communications and supervision throughout the whole project and the price was reasonable. We would hire them again and refer them to family members.

Great team and ecellent communication from the project manager! The work crew went out of their way to do a great job. They were punctual, cleaned up at the end of each day, tried to minimize the intrusion as much possible, and were really nice guys, great to work with. Work was completed on-time and responsible price. My condo looks great and I couldn't be happier. Multigroup did a major remodel of our master bathroom and did a bunch of other jobs around the house for us. They were always easy to get a hold of and quick to stop by our house any time we needed to meet or have a concern. We highly recommend Multigroup because of the excellent quality of their work, their exceptional professionalism and customer service.

When my husband and I contemplated a massive remodel of our 1960′s vintage home, it was not without some serious trepidation. All we had ever heard about people’s experience with remodels were horror stories. Happily, we have none to relate. Multigroup's team started and finished on time, everything ran as smoothly as can be imagined, and all rough spots paved over immediately. An example-during the Vancouver's rain season, remodel nearing completion, a massive tree branch fell on our just finished, new roof and simultaneously the basement began to flood. Multigroup had somebody diverting the flood within an hour, the tree branch was off the roof the next day and the roof was repaired by the end of the week. You need to find a special company to get that kind of service.

I needed to get a full rehab of an apartment building and received dozens of quotes. Multigroup was the most professional, prompt, communicative, and competitive pricing for quality work. I was really happy with how they were always available to discuss different techniques to upgrade the units while keeping costs within a workable budget. Highly recommending them!
